The rooms were nice, service was great, food was better than average and the staff was perfect. We met a lot of great people and never lacked for entertainment. We are going back again in '10 and will spend less time outside the resort and more time at the pool bar. more
We stayed Sept 12-19. Had a wonderful time there. I don't know what the negative reviews were expecting, but we enjoyed every minute of our stay. My partner, sister and her husband all went to relax, swim, read, and play. We had a great time,playing UNO in the main entrance every afternoon, during cocktail hour,laughing and enjoying eash other's company, and the friendly staff. First of all, If you're going to Cozumel if at all possible, fly into Cozumel, NOT Cancun....It's a big and expensive hassle to get from Cancun to Cozumel.....Taxi or Bus to the ferry.....then ferry to Cozumel....then cab to your hotel....Trust me on this one.
