We stayed at the Iberostar from Feb. 19, through Feb. 26, 2010,We were a group of 14, all adults. We all agreed the Iberostar is a nice resort and a great location for divers as you don't have the long boat ride to the dive sites.Whenever we had a problem with anything the staff were always prompt to fix it,such as... Great value hotel, not five star, but clean, friendly and safe. Would definately recommend skipping the nightly shows to check out some of the dining and nightlife in town. The Manatee is a great little bar/restaurant with live entertainment in the evenings. Also, rent a car to see the great beaches on the ocean side, beautiful! Rooms small but quiet,... More

I was at the Iberostar Feb 11-18. I was there with my husband and we had a wonderful time. The resort is very pretty, fun paths to walk around... you will see flamingos, iguanas, cats and peacocks! The lobby area was a fun place to hang out around dinner time and we had great service to get drinks. The rooms... More

We are a couple in mid-thirty-forty year old and were there in January 2010. Our room was really nice, stayed on second floor, with a king bed, ceramic shower, nice intimate balcony. The room was really cleaned and we did not find any negative points about it ! The sound-proofing was good, no worries for couple going away for a... More

I, Along with my 3 sisters & 6 first cousins stayed at Iberostar Jan 23-30 (10 women from Wisssssconsin)! It was my first trip anywhere really, so I have nothing to compare to, however, I HAD THE TIME OF MY LIFE! The food was great, really LOVED the Steakhouse-make reservations for at least 2 nights- the buffet w/pasta bar was... More

After just returning from the Iberostar Cozumel, I cannot say enough good things about the resort. The landscaping is so stunning, you feel like you've just walked into a tropical paradise. I just loved the Flamingos just outside the lobby! On arrival, the front desk staff was just so-so, but they didn't play a large part in our trip, so... More

At the Iberostar Cozumel, my wife and I had the best experience possible. We have been travel for 15 years and this place so far had the best for us of everything. From the moment we arrived, our travel agent did not convey our ground floor request, so within 3 minutes of mentioning it, we had a ground floor room... More

My brand spanken new husband and I stayed a week at the Iberostar Cozumel and had the most amazing honeymoon! For a bit extra $$$ we upgraded to the Juniour Ocean View room (8922) so we had a wonderful view of the ocean and our own private sitting room. The only downside was that the Presidental suite below us had... More

Hola! This resort was exactly what I was looking for as a relaxing spot in a beautiful environment. The weather was perfect, everyone is friendly, it is exceptionally clean, the food was great (fresh fruits, breads, seafood, vegetables, and meats) my teenagers loved the soft serve ice cream daily and tropical coconut drinks by the pool! Try some activities with... More

This review dates back all the way to Jan 2008. My then girlfriend (now wife) and I chose the Iberostar Cozumel because we wanted a quiet and secluded resort that was connected to nature yet still close enough to local culture. I had previously been to the Dominican Republic three times as well as the west coast of Mexico, but... More
