Stayed here 10 years ago and decided to return with friends. All and all it was a good value and an ok place. i might return in the future with my grandkids because I think they would enjoy the fauna. It's a great place for family and group reunions. For couples used to 5 star resorts-not so much. The staff... More

We were there in November and what a vacation. Great time all around and surprisingly Cozumel is very safe to explore even during the night time. Though common sense must be used and dark alleys avoided. As for the resort, well, like I said earlier: what a vacation!! Wonderful staff, great beach, cool rooms, good food, sun, scuba, and of... If you are looking for a swimable beach and fancy rooms this is not the place. As a travel agent, I spoke to many guests who come back to this resort time after time due to the fantastic staff, good food & casual atmosphere. It is hard to find a great beach in Cozumel due to the island being one... More

We had an awesome vacation here. We were a family of 4 and a party of 16. Most have all been to many all inclusives where this was our first. Everyone loved the closeness of the beach to the pool. Yes it was a very rocky beach and only good access was from pier however we just lounged. I thought... More

Rooms and Resort were kept immaculately clean, but they were in need of updating and smelt moldy. Although we enjoyed the people, staff, and wildlife, the resort was lacking - could have used a grill ON the beach, a beachside patio, and better music. Whatever music that was played was slow.

Stayed for several nights in March and was nothing compared to the Occidental Grand Xcaret that we stayed in 2 years ago. Pros: The food in the restaurants were better than expected and we did not have an issue making a reservation. There were plenty of beach chairs available. Cons: Six of our guests got sick with a stomach issue... More

Great resort! We loved the hut style rooms. It made the resort feel more authentic and tropical. They replaced all the mattresses with new ones the day we arrived. The food was fantastic in the buffets and formal redtraurants. They have very creative dishes and also more traditional dishes for the unadventurous diners. The service was absolutely fantastic. William is... More

I believe this is our 12th visit to this location. Every trip is better than the last one and we truly feel at home at Iberostar. After our harsh winter with a record number of days below freezing Cozumel was wonderful. Our room was always clean and refreshed with clean towels and beverages. We always enjoy the food and have... We stayed at the Iberostar Cozumel from April 2 - 9. it was every bit as beautiful as the pictures showed. We have never been to Mexico before so we were a little hesitant as we travelled with our two kids ages 9 & 11. Well we had no fears once arriving at the resort! Erika was amazing with the... More

The Iberostar Cozumel was a great resort for my family's Spring Break. There was something for everyone to keep happy. The grounds were beautiful and provided a relaxing walk to and from our room. We enjoyed all the animals on the resort. The way the bungalows were arranged on the resort were far superior to staying in a high rise... More
