I use Tripadvisor religiously and wanted to give a late 20-something, married, and easy to please persons review of Iberostar Cozumel. I am not a foodie or drink connoisseur, but I know and appreciate good (or even average) ingredients used in food and drinks, and Iberostar is not of that mentality. This trip is great for a cheap getaway, not... more

We visited the Iberostar July 7- 10, 2009 and this was our 4th trip to Cozumel and our first at Iberostar. And we were very impressed and let just say this is our resort now at Cozumel. I had called a week ahead of time to put in my request. Since there was 5 of us we had 2 rooms.... more

Travelled 10 and half hours on flight to get to resort. On arrival were met by pleasant staff.Room very small for what we were expecting from a 4 star hotel also found room to be very damp and had a persistent smell relating to dampness. There was mould on our bathroom ceiling and found shower to fluctuate between extremely hot... more

My husband and I traveled with another couple for a relaxing long weekend without the kids. We booked through Worryfree Vacations which was wonderful. We changed our date by one day and saved $400 on the trip. We were greeted at the front desk with a cute little welcome drink. They were very accomodating to change our room around so... more

My husband and I recently returned from our 10 year anniversary celebration - after lots of research we decided to celebrate at the Iberostar and I am so glad we did. From the moment we arrived, we were greated with a tasty drink and the staff was so attentive. We found this to be the case from the front desk... more

We had a fantastic time at the Iberostar Cozumel. It was me, my husband, and our 9 year old. The staff was fantastic!! They were always smiling and trying their best to make our stay enjoyable. One thing I noticed different from other hotels we've stayed at in Mexico is that nobody tried to sell us anything here. That was... more

My wife and I spend 3 nights over the July 4th weekend (2009) and had an absolutely wonderful time. We never felt the need to ever go into town or anywhere outside of this wonderful all-inclusive resort. The only time we left was for a 3 hour snorkel adventure that was $29/each that took us to Palancar and Columbia Reefs,... more

Our family of three just returned from an 8-day stay at this great resort! My husband, myself, and our 10-year old son all LOVED this Iberostar vacation, and we would definitely return. As a matter of fact, many of the people we met there were "repeat customers", especially all the scuba-diving vacationers! Whenever we read TripAdvisor reports, our favorite things... more

We just returned yesterday from a 5 day stay at the Iberostar in Cozumel. Having stayed at the Iberostar in Playa Del Carmen, we just knew the hotel would be great, but it was just amazing. The rooms are wonderful, quiet and clean. Love the way they have the rooms set up, you really don't hear anyone else. The food... more
