My husband and I spent the first 2 weeks of February at Iberostar Cozumel and were very pleased with our choice of resort. The property is a bit off the beaten path but that was what we were looking for. It was quiet, comfortable and beautifully landscaped. The food was surprisingly good in the buffet restaurants. There was a tremendous... More

The resort and the food was good. The staff was excellent. Alba, Pedro , were excellent. We knew going in the beach was rocky. Overall this was a great resort. We snorkled with Dressel Divers, seen a big spotted eagle ray.

Just got back from a relaxing week at Iberostar in Cozumel. An absolutely wonderful trip! Staff was outstanding, especially our beach bartender, Gaspar, and Erica, one of the many talented chefs at the resort. Weather was great; scuba diving was outstanding, rooms were clean and well maintained. Went on the submarine trip...wow! Had lunch at our favorite downtown restaurant, Casa... More

Feb. 14 - 21, 2015 Flight – Got to Cozumel at 2:30, long lines for immigration. Try to get there around early! Transfer – Why pay the outrageous van fare? We walked out of the airport and the 100 yards to the street- the first taxi that came by stopped and took us to the resort for almost half the... More

My family decided on a short diving trip to Cozumel and picked Iberostar mainly by the ratings on trip advisor. The property is very nice and I liked the garden settings. We reserved a suite and it was spacious. Our main reason for choosing this room was that it had 2 rooms with a couch bed. Check in was good... More

This visit was our 4th in 15 years. 2 years ago we stayed in Tulum and won't do that again. It was windy and the serf was rough on the mainland. Our agent was not honest about the place so we were dissapointed. It was cheap. We traveled to Cozumel Feb. 14 - 21, 2015 with 2 other couples and... More

My 2 friends and I chose the Iberostar out of several options that our travel agent had presented. This was our 1st experience at a resort in Mexico and we enjoyed it. We went in late June-early July. The food was decent one of the 3 is a vegan/vegetarian and was able to find options. I would recommend making reservations... More

We visited Jan 26 to Feb 9, 2015, 2 couples - no kids. Not even sure where to start - this resort did NOT disappoint at all, the staff is second to none - no exaggeration. Right from the bellboy, to reception (hands down the best reception staff I have ever come across in Mexico) the waiters, bar tenders, grounds... More

Food Ate at the Buffet most meals as girlfriend is vegetarian and options at a la carte were very limited. Quality of food was as expected for large scale buffet. Lots of options. Vegetarians will have options but same each night. Also 'contamination' (using a meat spoon in the vegetables is prevalent). Disappointingly no 'premium brands at the bars', so... More

Just got home from our fourth stay & already planning our next winter escape. The staff are very polite & cater to your every whim. More than enough delicious selections on their buffets for anyone to choose while the bar staff can mix up any drink you want. We enjoy wandering thru the "jungle like" grounds to see how much...
