My husband and I just returned from our 5th trip back to Cozumel, and 4th trip to the Iberostar. Every time we go back, it feels more and more like a home away from home. Our visit to Iberostar Cozumel was our first experience with an all-inclusive resort. We could not have had a better time. We specifically chose Iberostar Cozumel for the bungalow type rooms. We did not want to be in a high rise hotel but rather have a more tropical environment. From the moment we arrived the staff made us feel welcomed.... more

My wife and I stayed at the Iberostar for 8 days and had a wonderful experience. The "Star Friends" were the nighttime entertainers and the activity directors during the day. I booked this trip through All Inclusive Vacations. The hotel resort is located ideally for those looking to scuba dive. Very short boat rides to the dive sites. Dressel Divers is the operator and does a very good job. The cost of diving was separate from the air and hotel package. The hotel was great as well as the service.... more

Resort in general: The grounds as we had read are beautiful, and very well maintained. It was fun to see the flamingoes, parrots, iguanas, and peacocks (or perhaps peahens as we never saw a real display) on the grounds. This is my 9th trip to Mexico and I usually like to stay at 4 star all-inclusives so we decided to try Iberostar. This hotel was NOT even a 3 star. Awesome jungle resort! We just got back from a 5 night stay. Can't say enough about Iberostar. Resort is beautiful and really feels like a small jungle.
