I have been Diving in Cozumel since 1975 and I visit often. My wife and I first stayed here in 1992. At that time the accommodations were very primitive, the window was open with wood lovers only. We took the shower curtain wet it and stuck it over the window, so that small wall mounted a/c unit would cool the... More

A friend and I recently spent our spring break in Cozumel. I went to scuba dive and she went to chill...well we both did. This was my 5th or 6th visit to the island and my third or fourth stay at Villablanca. I reserved my dive and accomodations package through Jorge the owner. He was very responsive to all my... More

We are frequent travelers to Cozumel and have been curious about the Villa Blanca for many years. It is not a luxury hotel. That was okay because we do not go to Cozumel looking to stay in a luxury hotel. We upgraded to a Superior room, as this was suggested by many earlier visitors in their reviews. That was a... More

Nice quiet place to relax. Standard room was clean, acceptable and reasonably priced. Hotel is older with that rustic look. Lockbox in lobby was 5 USD per stay. I think it was actually more secure with the lobby open 24 hours and a camera on the lockbox. Restaurant food was good. Grounds are maintained nicely. Pool was a little murky... More

( bug spray at local mega store) A/C we just left o continuously as suggested by another traveler. Grounds and pool are both very nice, beach is across the street and small w only 4 chairs, ocean... The hotel is in a good location for diving with Phocea, other than that anything special. There is pool area and a tennis spot. It's far from downtown and from any nice place other than the diving. Service is also just good.

Great Place to stay. This was our first time to Cozumel and wount be our last. We decided not to go All Inclusive this time and Loved the island. Our trip was short and sweet,Only stayed 4 nights. Our room was always clean and the staff was very helpful. I will say that the water pressure in the shower wasn't... More
