i can't say enough about this boutique Hotel! Clean beautiful... And the service is the only 5 star on the Island! Not sure why anyone would stay anywhere else! It's an instant home in paradise! And the owners and staff make you I stand family! Have 7 years experience going here and I would recommend to anyone!

There are many hotels to choose from in Cozumel, so in fairness to this hotel, it is important to keep in mind not to compare it to bigger, mega-resorts. The Playa Azul is a much older property in the North Hotel Zone where most of the original hotels on the island are situated. We were looking for a quick, inexpensive... More

We've spent a week here with my wife in May. Overall it's been a nice pleasurable vacation. Hotel was exactly what we've been looking for. We didn't get the all-inclusive option. Unless you eat and drink heavily I don't recommend you to get it either. Food and drinks are considerably cheap here so you have to eat and drink a... More

I was looking for a hotel on the beach in Cozumel and this was everything I hoped it would be. Cozumel doesn't have a lot of beachfront so it was nice to find some sand and beautiful views. The restaurant was delicious and the room was made up with flower petal s when we arrived.

I picked this hotel based on the reviews here and its proximity and special offer with the golf club. When booking, I was led to believe it was closer to the golf club than it was (I don't know if that was the fault of the hotel or the booking site). You definitely need to take a cab. As for... Its not a fancy place and rooms were standard. Beds were comfortable, view of ocean amazing! Snorkeling right outside the hotel was like having a free dive. Octopus, eel, and tons of fish right there. We spent hours in the water. Nice clean pool. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food was excellent. Never had to wait for a cab, close... More

Very clean , small , quiet resort. Staff was very friendly, accommodating, and excellent service. Restaurant has wonderful breakfast , the rest of the meals were so so. Best food hidden away is at the golf course. Grouper fillet excellent, flank steak excellent!!!! Water was spectacular and you could see a lot of fish from the beach without snorkeling.

We picked this place based on all the positive reviews and high praise for the staff. Perhaps, based on this, our expectations were set too high. I guess you need to be a repeat guest to receive all the fantastic customer service that so many other reviewers have oohed and aahed over. The minor critiques: We arrived at 1pm (early)... More

Firstly we would like to apologize for all the inconveniences you experienced during our stay with us. Secondly I would like to address each of them: - As per the check-in time we normally allow our guests to do so immediately upon arrival. Unfortunately that is something that we can not always do during the high season, which was the... More

Lovely place for our honeymoon, everyone was so friendly, staff knew our names by day two! Comfy and clean Snorkeling off the beach was great too. Restaurant had a great complimentary breakfast. Felipe at the bar was my favorite.

Stayed as a family of 4 during school break in March. The positives: small property so everything is a 5min walk from your room, great little bar right by the water, breakfast and lunch (only tried the bar menu) were very decent, small beach but enough for property size, you can snorkel 30 feet from the beach (saw rays, lots of...
