My husband and I were at the Coral Princess the end of February and first few days of March and had a good and relaxing stay. The margaritas are outstanding and the wait staff at the beach and pool are very helpful and attentive. The pool is warm and inviting. Breakfast was great every morning and was included in our... This is our favorite place. The Coral Princess has a great staff that will bend over backwards to please you. The snorkeling is great and the Saturday night band and BBQ is very good. The restaurant menu has changed recently and is missing some of the past favorites and the lunch menu was reworked in the wrong direction but the... More

This hotel is not a super-luxe resort. It is simple, well maintained and has all the amenities a vacationer needs. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and well proportioned. The restaurant serves food as good as the places in town but maybe the range is less expansive. I was certainly not disappointed on the nights and... More

We initially split our cozumel vacation in half, 3 nights at coral princess and 3 nights at an all-inclusive resort. Hands down, wish we would have stayed at the coral princess during our entire stay! The staff is beyond phenomenal. They all remember you day after day and are so genuine in you enjoying your stay. We asked the staff... More

My wife and I stayed at The Coral Princess a few weeks ago. Overall a nice place. We had the breakfast package which included a free breakfast. You have a choice of eggs and fruit or pancakes and bacon. I had my eggs coked Mexican style everyday. Nice bit of spice and worked for me. The hotel staff does a... More

Having just began my16th continuous annual stay at the resort, I can honestly say the staff and crew remain steadfast in their effort to assure guest satisfaction. I must say I am deeply saddened by the support given the restaurant. I set here virtually alone and can say I think I was just served one of the finest meals I... More

Pulling up to the hotel was a little concerning. That is until we were greeted by the friendly staff and offered some ice cold bottled water. The check in line was a little long and frustrating but nothing a little patience couldn't handle. The reservation system does not involve a computer. The wifi in the lobby is the only place... This was our first time to stay on the island and the Coral Princess was perfect for us. It is right on the water - you can snorkel at the property. Swimming pool was very nice. Plenty of beach chairs. You can walk to town or take the cab. The staff was as attentive as anywhere we have ever stayed.... More

Five reasons to come to Coral Princess: friendly, helpful personable staff, the snorkeling (spectacular!) a beautiful, nicely-appointed pool and grounds area, a good restaurant (try the grouper) and a chill, laid-back approach to social programming. When we arrived the concierge staff made us feel welcome and I finally relaxed after 3 days of over-the-top noise and frenzied activity in Playa.... More

About a mile out of town, this is a nice quiet little hotel with super friendly and helpful staff. Pepe's Dive Shop (not part of the hotel but right next to it) is one of the best on the island for renting gear, dive trips, lessons, etc. The dive boats pull right up to the back of the hotel. There... More
