Just returned from another week at Hotel Cozumel (10/14-10/20/2011). Great resort for divers and non-divers, very close to town. We dived with Dive Paradise at the hotel- they take great care of everyone, but we especially appreciated the attentiveness afforded by Angel. Walking distance to town, many nice restaurants and sights without travelling far. We're already planning our next trip. More

Shotty service, could care less about loyal customers. I would rather sleep in the street than stay there again. The manager is a real jerk. Food sucks, rooms are dirty, water is brown. It's like living in the getto. I would never stay there again. And the prices suck. Water to bath/bruch you teeth with was nasty. More

We love this hotel, it's not 5 star, food can get boring, but the location,staff, and facilities for diving make up for it.Close enough to town to walk in, far enough away to be quiet.Love the small beach area and dive shop. More

If you want cheap you'll get cheap. The food was awful. Basically the same thing every day. Do not go if your a vegetarian. Processed fried food, casseroles with ham or hot dogs, ice burg salads, hamburgers made with 80% soy, even the refried beans were terrible.
