Spent 6 days and 5 nights at the Hotel Cozumel and Resort. It was super clean with beautiful gardens and appealing decor on the grounds. The staff were great, from the entertainers and activity coordinators, to the front desk staff, to the restaurant staff and bar tenders. The food was simple but beautifully presented with lots of fresh fruits and... More

The food at this location is lacking for lunch and dinner. Especially dinner it was very bland and not a lot of choices. The Front desk service was unacceptable, they had no change and did not want to be very helpful

I have been there only for about 1 1/2 days The hotel is the standard of an old worn out typical Caribbean hotel, Pool area is ok and quite clean, but over crowded with kids. Rooms are old and worn out and in need of refurbishment, Door Lock on the room i had did not look very secure Food for... More

Went with the group Scuba Board for 7 day all inclusive scuba diving vacation. Hotel staff was very attentive, rooms were nicely decorated, hotel was very nicely layed out with 3 different eating areas. Across the street was the dive center with the hotel café (outdoor covered area). It was nice to come from the water and just eat right... More

The facilities here are nice. Great pool and entertainment. The food and service was not good at all. The drinks were watered down, and had no consistency from bar tender to bar tender. If you are looking for a less expensive place to stay--- great, but it comes at a price.!

Stayed at this "all-inclusive" with a dive group. Large hotel, lots of guests, even though it was the low season. Pros: located directly across the street from the dive shop(Dive Paradise...see separate review) and pier area. Diving in Cozumel is excellent, and that was the reason we were there. It was easy to cross the street, or there was also... More

Overall, the hotel is very well maintained. Maintenance crews are constantly cleaning. When we arrived, our A/C wasn't working. Notified the front desk, but after a couple of hours, no one came by. I notified one of the maids, and she made a call. The A/C was working in a hurry. It was a dead remote. The room was very... More

Physical property is OK. Nice pool area, however a few safety issues. Pool drain covers are not secure and several in our group got their feet stuck when inadvertently stepping on drain cover which did not fit! Also on pools edge there are sharp rusty remnants of screws and eye screws in the concrete by volleyball net area. Very hazardous.... More

We spent the week end to celebrate my husband´s Birthday on Saturday and Grand Child´s Birthday on Sunday. On Sunday we purchased 20 Day Passes and ordered a Cake through the hotel. The all inclusive stay was excellent, service and food outstanding. The staff reserved our space for the party on Sunday, service was excellent as was the food and... More

My family and I stayed at Hotel Cozumel & Resort for one week. The place is nice and the staff is very friendly. The only criticism I would give is the food. Sadly, the food (especially dinner) is not that good. Breakfast is good and lunch was decent; however, the buffet for dinner left much to be desired. Dive Paradise,... More
