This is my second visit toHotel Cozumel in 2 years. Its a 15-20 minute walk to town and about a 10 minute walk to Mega store (walmart type). Great location with an average dive shop on premises. The food was good and the staff is excellent. They have a huge pool but its very hot my dive computer had it... More

My wife and I got an amazing 11 day all-inclusive deal to this hotel. The food was decent, the drinks were good and the pool was nice. The room was not bad. It was clean, which is my main concern. It was a little dated, but in good shape. The thing I DIDN'T like was that during the day they... More

This is our 5th time to this beautiful island. This trip we stayed at the Hotel Cozumel. The location is perfect as it is close to downtown and the large grocery stores. The food was plentiful. The wait staff was phenomenol. Big shout out to Joe Alforo, Jorge, and Cornelius. These guys work very hard and make sure you are... More

We stayed here 2 years ago while diving and had a few issues such as such as the phones not working and poor internet connection. Well we decided to give them another shot, and conditions were even worse. Standing in line for 10-15 minutes for a lass of water, waiting 20 minutes for food to be replaced at an empty... More

Not friendly, not helpful, not clean, not well-maintained. I stopped staying here ten years ago for all these same reasons but my dive shop scheduled a group trip here this year so I went along hoping things were different.....but definitely was not.

I have stayed at this place twice, most recently in August 2015. Had 4 people and 3 of us were scuba diving everyday through the dive shop adjacent to the property. The hotel is large and well maintained with a nice central courtyard with a HUGE pool that is normally overrun with kids. The service throughout is great with courteous... More

It's been a while since we've been back (we tried a couple other places in Cozumel since then) but we couldn't beat the price this time around. We even did all inclusive, which we've never done. Breakfasts were exactly the same as previous stays - good eggs to order stations (FYI the sausage they have is chorizo). And they always... More

Bottom line: this was an inexpensive all-inclusive. Would I stay here again? Maybe. The down sides: the food was really not very good. It usually isn't at the all-inclusive buffets in Mexico, though, so that wasn't a surprise. Breakfast was fine, they had an omelet station, offered strange versions of sausage, though. For lunch, you had to walk across street... More

I stayed here during a dive trip and overall, it was a great stay. I really only had one incident where I got a little frustrated with Hotel Cozumel. During check in, it took us 30 minutes to speak to someone because a very large family with many children were checking in ahead of us. When I made it to... More

I've stayed at many all-inclusive on the island and I must say that all though this is more on the budget side you really get more of a feel for the true Mexico here. Most of the patrons are budget minded Mexicans with a sprinkling of Americans. I liked the small homey feel of the evening shows and its quiet... More
