Like so many reviews already here, we REALLY enjoyed staying at the Cozumel Palace. The staff are all (I'm sure) mind-readers who anticipate your every wish. They really can't do enough for you and every time you say "thank you" they reply "it is my pleasure." Honest! We enjoyed room service and often ordered a bottle of champagne and shrimp... More

Spent one RELAXING week at the Cozumel Palace. Every room has a view of the ocean, they also have Jacuzzi suites. The staff were great, they call you by your first name after one day. The bar staff was great also, I actually made a couple friends down there. The location is great, you can walk to downtown Cozumel and... More

My husband and I stayed at Cozumel Palace Jan. 14th-21st and had an amazing time. From the minute we walked through the door I knew it was going to be a special place. We were greeted immediately with a delicious cocktail as well as cool cloths. I was even handed a fresh long stem carnation. From there on we were... More

My husband and I really enjoyed Cozumel Palace. We were greeted by so many friendly people. Everyone at the resort was so helpful and caring. The resort itself is beautiful. The food and drinks were great. The resort credit was wonderful. The employees really make your trip a vacation. More

This was a last minute decission for us coming to this resort. Reading the reviews, we decided we had nothing to lose as all the reviews were great. I can't comment enough on the Cozumel Palace...the staff was more then friendly and helpful! :) It wasn't long b/4 they called you by "your" first name and knew what you liked... More

Imagine relaxing in an in-room hot tub, watching the patio's curtains gently sway in the tropical breeze as you look out past your private hammock to watch the sunshine glimmer off of the brilliant azure ocean waters beyond... This was my stay at Cozumel Palace. When I see the words, "all-inclusive," I think watered-down drinks, dreadful buffets, and blase staff.... More

I'm partial to resorts like Grand Mayan, Pueblo Bonito, Temptations where they have a lot of on site activities available. that's not to say the Palace Cozumel doesn't offer any, it's just that these activities are more for families or are not as heavily promoted (because most people at resorts tend to not participate unless the staff actively convinces people... I have stayed away from all-inclusives because they typically have bad food and are a bit too much like camp. This one though, was amazing! The service, as the other reviews state, was top-notch! Keep in mind that I like very high-end resorts and don't have a problem spending $1000/night on occasion if it's really good. I chose this because... More

There were 13 of us, celebrating our parents 45th wedding anniversary. There were grandparentns, parents, single people, a teenager, 3 young kids. We all loved it!! We were well taken care of by staff, the accomodation was incredibly clean, beautiful, marble everywhere, the rooms are beautiful. Your mini bars have 4 bottles of alcohol all included. You are never wanting... More
