Stayed for 3 nights in July 2009, my husband and I had a great time. We had an ocean view room, very clean and spacious. The hotel location is secluded and the private beaches provide very good snorkeling. The one thing to watch out for is the hotel 'club' desk will want to sell you this $30k club membership. I... more

Beautiful resort and wonderful service. Do rent a jeep and explore the island. We went around to the other side of the island and had frozen margaritas and stretched out on hammocks on the beach and watched a wind surfer do flips that were amazing! The rooms are just specatular and the staff was so friendly and helpful. more

Beautiful setting, incredible service, serene and luxurious. Each morning we walked out of our beachside room straight onto the beach and into the sea for a morning dip. Coffee & breakfast were delivered within minutes to our oceanfront terrace as we watched the early morning traverses of boats & ships. Scuba Du dive shop and pier were 30 yards from... more

We went to the Presidente June 19-22, and believe me, we earned it. Our flight out on the 18th was cancelled due to bad weather, so we had to re-book for the next day. The problem was, the airline refused to retrieve our checked bags in time for our flight, becasue they were too backed up with all the cancellations... more

We loved the Presidente and hope to stay there again soon. You should stay there too. But here are some tips for you if you do: - bring bug spray - the sand fleas on the beach are voracious - dive with scubadu and have victor and monkey clean, store etc. your gear for you - tip them $5+/person/day (they... more

My boyfriend and I stayed last year at the presidente and we made a return trip this year. The hotel is beautiful and the people are very pleasent. We really enjoy the scenery, the service, the food, the snorkeling, adn we REALLY LOVE the rain shower in the beach front room. We feel like royalty when we are there. We... more

We went to Cozumel for the first time to dive. The staff was excellent, rooms clean, cool, and, above all quiet. And got a great rate. Other friends who stayed in "all inclusive" places were dissapointed with the food, the loud party goers who drink too much "free" beer and how they charge for every little thing they can (including... more

We loved our time at the Presidente! From the moment we arrived (to cold towels and water) to the time we left (completely relaxed), we felt completely pampered. The resort itself is beautiful and constant care from the employees keeps it utterly immaculate! Being right off of a great reef means you can snorkel as much as you want. We... more

We stayed 3 nights at the Presidente in May 09 (Memorial Day weekend). Due to the swine flu, no cruise ship stopped in Mexico, so the island was basically empty. The hotel was kind enough to give us an upgrade to a ocean view room (5205, the south aisle, probably the best place to stay in the hotel). The North... more

We stayed at the presidente for 3 nights following our wedding which took place at Mr. Sancho's. Every staff we encountered was very friendly and helpful. Our room (a suite) was very nice, had a comfortable bed, and excellent view. We ate at the italian restaurant and although it was good we were not overly impressed. The breakfast buffet at... more
