This hotel from the GM down has spectacular staff. That coupled with a well maintained and designed property equals a wonderful stay in paradise. Claudia tried to sell us time share immediately at checkin after traveling 24 hours which was totally classless. She belongs outside the hotel gates with the rest of the peddlers.
