We were going to stay on Cozumel on New Year holidays and booked Hostelito on booking.com. It was basically our last chance because everything was booked out, and as the reviews were quit positive, we went with it. We got the confirmation from Booking where it was said that someone from Hostelito would contact us regarding paymant during following days.... More

good place for backpackers; rooms are neat but the building itself is rather old and would need some refurbishing. nice area for socializing: open kitchen, fridge, hammocks, sofas etc. staff is friendly and helpful. good spot to meet some people on the way.

Let me start of by saying this hostel is clean and decorated really beautifully. There is a full kitchen with plenty of supplies, a roof top patio with hammocks and lounge beds. The dorms are a little large and I wish they had a stricter after eleven quiet policy and lights out in the dorm. But the pros out weigh... More

We showed up with a large group of 8 travelers unannounced and they were able to get us in. We choose the dorm area which was very large. The beds were nice and the bathrooms were well kept. There was a ladies and mens shower area with 3 showers in each. The place was very well kept and clean. There... More

Well located budget accommodation and a friendly manager. We stayed in the main dorm which was very clean and had good beds. Breakfast is not included but there is a basic kitchen. The ladies showers need some work.

Cozumel is one of my favorite places in the world- partially because of staying at Hostelito. When I am there I stay in the dorms. I Love the people that work there and it feels like family when I pass through. The dorm room is large and kept very clean. The lockers are large enough for all my things (I... More

I only stayed at Hostelito for one night but that was more than enough for me. The dorm has a huge number of beds in but tiny bathroom facilities right at the very bottom. When I went in there was a massive dead cockroach on the floor of the ladies facilities and the light kept flickering, not making me feel... More

From the last time we stayed there a little over a year ago, their prices doubled. I asked them about it and they said it is just the taxes. No way. We stayed in a private room which yes was great. HUGE, balcony, AC, small kitchen but really we didnt need that so we didnt appreciate it to its fullest... More

Big dorm but you still have a feeling or privacy due the setup of the room. Really clean. Friendly and helpful stuff and located really close to everything (like 3minutes from the ferry) there is a divecenter right next door, but they still encourage you to take a look around and compate. Thumbs up! (+wifi works really well!)

Hostelito Cozumel was a wonderful surprise. Not only it is a hostel, but it's also a hotelito. We got to enjoy a suite with living-room, kitchen, and wonderful common area with an amazing vibe. So, if you're a group of friends looking for an affordable stay in Cozumel, you can either stay in the dormitory or if you are with... More
