This apparment house is very very new, I think it was just finished in 2008. The house is owned by a nice lady that grew up in the Cozumel Island and owes a nearby artisan shop. She also has her private house the ground next to the appartment house. The appartments were designed together with a very good architect (who actually is also her neighbour) and a very good feeling about details. So this is a very nice place where the detail's were paid attention to. It is located 2 minutes walk from the main road along the westcoast of the island (it is very calm there; it is near to the Hotel Barracuda and the "dive paradise" dive shop - which I can recommend for diving and eating). The next supermarket is a 5 minutes walk away and it is a very big one with an ATM (I think there is also a cinema there but I am not sure).
