My husband and I stayed here one night before touring the ruins at chichen-spectacular, by the way. Our room was small, but adequate in size and clean. it did have a terrible musty smell though, and the beds were very hard. The hotel has two pools, a very pretty round one between the open air restaurant and a nice palapa... more

This is a good place to stay if you just want to be close to the ruins and won't be spending much time there. Free, good breakfast. Pool. Very reasonable. more

We stayed two nights when visiting Mayan site. Basic but clean rooms (with shower-room) behind circular swimming pool with adjacent covered dining terrace. Good food served efficiently by pleasant staff. Convenient location on the main road but not overly busy. Nice gardens & birdlife. more

We needed a place to stay before going to see the ruins the next morning. This little hotel offered a great location and a cheap place for the night. The price include breakfast. Nothing fancy but good enough. The rooms are a little rundown but acceptable since you will probably only stay one night anyway. more

We stayed at Dolores Alba because of its proximity to Chichen Itza and that is really the only thing that the hotel has going for it. The rooms were quite spartan and when we arrived, they had a very musty, damp odor to them - we had to run the a/c for several hours to clear it out. The bathroom... more

The service at this hotel was good but we didn't like the room. It was very small and the shower was awful. We liked the restaurant. more

Our guide for our private tour of Chichen Itza took us to lunch at Cenote Ik Kil / Hotel Dolores Alba ; if we ever go back it would be fun to stay at this pretty hotel. The cenote Ik Kil was amazing and a definite highlight for my teenagers. Beautiful crystal clear water with fish swimming right by you... more

Nice little place in the jungle so if you are scared of bugs you need not apply. Wonderful natural formation pool, proximity to the ruins and a cenote. more

We stayed here one night as it's well located for Chichen Itza. However the quality of the rooms is average and staying here is functional rather than a great experience. more

This hotel is too expensive for what it offers. The room has a/c, nice fan, clean, comfortable beds and a convenient location plus free wifi. Breakfast is nothing fancy but ok. Overall, the room needed to be updated badly; you know towels-bath floor mat-cheap things to fix; come on! try a bit harder. Hot water in the morning would be... more
