This is an aging time share resort that is on the small side. If you like small resorts, then this is one for you as most other resorts in Cancun on the hotel zone are megaplexes with hundreds of people. The resort is close to 30 years old now, so it's showing signs of being on the beach but they... More

Great hotel to stay at for a family and those ok with just staying in the hotel. Very far away from the main strip and clubs. Went to Wal-mart for our groceries and initially took a taxi to go there and back. It got expensive after a week, so we learned to take the bus. We went in November, so... More

I spent a week at Raintree's Club Regina with my girlfriend in April. We are in our late 20's. It was a great experience. After reading all the negative reviews, it kind of made me angry. Nothing about our week there was a negative experience. People really need a life for the things they complained about. Everything was taken care... More

As part of a time share program, my wife and I ended up staying at Club Regina, which is on the southern string of resorts in Cancun (approximately 5-10 minutes from the airport). The positives about the resort is that it is not laden with party-goers and is seemingly a family resort that is quiet and clean. Additionally, the location... More

Customer service was excellent, helped arrange transport to resort from airport prior to arrival. Felt very safe here as a solo traveler. Service was exceptional; on my birthday they decorated my room as a surprise. I enjoyed the towel animals that were present in the each day. Very clean and modern rooms. Excellent location right on the ocean. Food was... More

We were very pleasantly surprised! Our room had a balcony with a hot tub. We added the all inclusive for meals and cocktails after we arrived. A great deal at ~$67 USD per day. You need to start with three consecutive days and can add-on if you want to. Would strongly recommend it. The staff was attentive and very friendly.... More

For the one night we stayed we were pleasantly surprised at the size of the suite! The maid turned the sofa into a second king sized bed. The jacuzzi was fun. It was only 10mins away from the airport. It suited our needs for the night as we were flying out early. It is far from the nightlife and we... More

Overall, we had a surprisingly great experience at Club Regina Cancun! We really did not know what to expect after reading such mixed reviews, but here is a brief outline of our stay, including the highlights and lowlights: We are a young couple in our late 20s, but we weren't looking to party hard so this was the perfect resort... 4 of us in our 60's felt that this was a good fit for us. Quiet with nice beach and pool. Draw back was that it located at the end of the hotel row and you must take a bus to any restaurant or shopping, if other than at the hotel. Some buses would stop at the hotel and other's... More
