I returend to Nizuc after a great first time in 2014. This time however, service was terrible. I was very dissapointed with everything as they missed little and big details. It all went wrong, from the pick-up at Cancun airport by a terrible dirver who seem to be too rushed and almost crashed twice, to confirming transfers three times as... More

First off, this was my first time to Mexico, so I was a little nervous in what to expect. We arrived at the airport and are just barraged by people looking to take you to your hotel. But with Nizuc, we were able to have a car waiting for us. The driver was so polite, had brochures and books that... More

We only went to the Sunday Jazz Brunch at the Nizuc, but did not stay on, or see much of the property. The brunch fixings are tops. Outside on the deck there are shaded seats overlooking the infinity pool. A few kids took dips while their parents brunched for hours. Also on the deck is the cooking line with preparation... More

We were there for the sunday brunch. Since the moment of our arrival we were greeted by a security employee who saluted us with a hand on his heart, nice touch! The food is excellent, the restaurant is very nice, I loved the vintage decoration, it has a really nice view. The ambiance is perfect. They have an excellent singer,... More

Overall, we recently had a memorable stay at Nizuc. The staff is what makes this place. Their name recognition is on-point, and they worked so hard, and are truly genuine about what they do. The room we were in, was perfect, with all the amenities you would need, and spectacular views. The only down point of our stay was the... More

We stayed 3 nights in April. Beautiful and exclusive hotel. Great service! Everybody smiles and makes the hotel signature salute touching their hearts. Spa is very nice and massages were very good. Peruvian restaurant is excellent and cuisine is very similar to Peruvian taste. There is an adult-only section and the infinity pool is amazing. We want to return. Only... More

Husband and I are just about to leave Nizuc after a 9 night holiday and overall we had a wonderful time. Like most things there is good and not so good. Let's start with the good: Rooms - we stayed in the "tower block" area. Beautiful rooms, large, comfortable with everything you could ask for. Very comfortable bed and very... More

Last year we stayed at the rosewood Mayacoba at playa de Carmen and I have to say both resorts are great but we do feel That the service was a bit better at rosewood. Both resorts have stunning views and great restaurant. The Asian fusion spot here was amazing, really good food, Nizuc is also great for kids, we have... More

We are frequent vacation travelers and spend eight weeks per year in Mexico, always in search of the best most luxurious experiences. I sent an email to Nizuc to inquire about which room to book and no one bothered to respond so we went with Maroma instead where they know how to treat guests. First impressions are everything.

Gorgeous facility and rooms. Elegant architecture and integration with natural landscape. Service however had major flaws. Reception and concierge staff had "deer in the headlights" responses to simple requests. I called 2 weeks in advance for dining reservations. They were lost and the staff made zero effort to resolve my problem. In addition, reservation requests were ignored and completely unaknowledged.... More
