Cheap and nasty "suite" Booked directly with the owner and it was not as advertised. Cheap broken furniture glued together crawling with ants. Front desk manager the rudest person I have ever come across. The woman owner the most ignorant person ever. When we dared to complain we were asked to leave the building and they even called the police... More

We reserved and paid in advance for an ocean-facing "suite" for six adults and one child, with multiple rooms and at least four beds for up to 8 adults, with a full kitchen. What we got was two small hotel rooms, one facing the ocean with just one queen bed, a dining room table for four, a small kitchen with... More

We stayed in this dump only because it was one of the few rooms that we were able to find. Booked it through Booking.com and was told that I'd only be charged for the first night up front. That all went well. We stayed the next night but decided to check out the following morning. They wanted to charge us... More

You get what you pay for. Yes it's affordable for the average working Joe. Just some notes - wifi is additional $20 USD for the week and only applies to one device. To use the safe in the room was an extra $45. They punch in the password on your 1 device so it can't be shared. The plumbing is... More

We stayed in Ron's PH3A Penthouse condo at Salvia January 2015. This condo location is absolutely perfect for those seeking an authentic Mexico experience. This is not all inclusive. The condo itself is well maintained, somewhat outdated, but can't beat the price. There is a living area/kitchenette downstairs, along with one double bed and a balcony view of the ocean.... More

Literally on the water, We stayed in Ron's PH3B and loved every minute, this is a great complex feet from the surf. We are not a "party" family and were not unconvinced at all by the nearby clubs. The apartment is well maintained and comfortable. The entire staff was courteous and helpful. The location is perfect for both walking and... More

Although this is not a five star, and not all inclusive, after many years of staying in Cancun, this has come to be my favorite. It is in walking distance of all the night life and many places to eat, both local and some chain, such as the Hard Rock. Staff is very friendly, and I have made many friends... More

Great location, in front of the apartments is the strip, behind it is the beach, what more can you ask for! Would recommend only for party go-ers as can be very loud from the strip. The staff are friendly and have a good laugh which us guys from the UK obviously appreciate. Can be awkward with guest but as we... More

On arrival I was disappointed it didn't look as flashy as the other hotel zone resorts, however for the cheap price we paid we had a wonderful studio room facing the ocean with a great kitchenette (blender for breakfast smoothies! Although we were Oceanside we could easily here the nightclubs at all hours of the morning, however we soon got... More

This was our third stay at the Salvia and is the only place we want to stay when we go to Cancun. It is right next door to the main "party spot" in Cancun. There are alot of good restaurants in this area, and the market across the street is always fun and is true Mexican heritage! The people who... More
