We arrived after a chaotic and frustrating travel. They greeted us with open arms and that kind of treatment never stopped! We all felt well cared for during our stay. Barbara( manager), Raul (concierge) and Rosario(housekeeping) were the real gems in this warm and friendly place and I can't forget the restaurant staff... Fun and pleasant! Being a New Englander... We used points from our timeshare to book this condo and we're glad we did. The relaxing atmosphere, amenities and great staff made our stay here the perfect relaxing vacation. The facility is close to downtown and there are taxis available for a quick ride into town if you don't have a rental car.

I have never been so insulted! They accused us of stealing a hand towel. They wanted 43 pesos. First of all, their towels were like sandpaper. Have they never heard of a softener. Secondly, we have beautiful, soft towels at home, I wouldn't want their nasty towel. I was so mad I won't go back here!!!

This was my first time in Mexico. Just like my first time in New York, I thought gangsters were just a Hollywood stereotype, they aren't they are real and the police of Mexico are absolutely corrupt. My husband and I rented a car (which in it's self was it's own nightmare) to travel independently around the Yucatan and it was... More

We missed the orientation on Sunday morning because we weren't told that the week before we arrived, Quintana Roo decided to remain on Eastern time. Other than that, the staff was great as everyone says. The resort itself grew on us during the week. The wi fi was very frustrating but we never did get a real strong connection anywhere... More

This was our first visit to Cancun and the Coral Mar and overall we were quite pleased with our stay here. As noted in other reviews, the staff members at the Coral Mar were fantastic and very helpful and treated us like family! Barbara was a great manager and gave us and other arriving guests some very helpful information at... More

These condos are modern, clean, and well equipped. The grounds are beautiful and the service is excellent. There is a lovely bar and restaurant with good food, drinks, and value. All excursions will pick up there and the only downside is that it is a long walk to the tourist bus stop. We had a lovely week here!

The resort is at the end of a 1 km long dead end. That being said you will have to walk to Kulakan Blvd and take a bus or take a taxi that will be at the condo within minutes. The taxis have a 100 peso minimum so you end up paying a lot in taxi fares over the week.... More

We stayed in condo number 75 and it exceeded our expectations. The view of the lagoon from the living room and kitchen was spectacular. The condo itself was well appointed. The Teflon coated frying pan was really scratched up but the maid, Rosario, exchanged it for us with no problem. Everything else worked well and everything we needed to put... More
