This was our first time in Cancun...normally go to Cabo. We were meeting family there so opted out of all inclusive. This is a young Mexican family hotel, rooms are sparse, but clean. 5gal water heater, for all guests in the room (3) If all you want is a clean bed and a tepid shower..this is your place...hence why we... Wonderful and helpful staff. Great service. Rooms were clean and spacious. The view was excellent on both sides. Information on places to go and how to get there were readily available at the front desk. The only glitch was the slow Wi Fi connection that was only available in the lobby.

Beach access Is available at the front desk for asking and a bus ride. The rooms are alright. No complimentary nothing. The really should put interior locks in the rooms. They should consider adding at least a pay wifi throughout the hotel. The lagoon side rooms have elevator noise. Over all a good value.

I stayed here my last night of my Trip and booked it last minute. I was surprised that the Hotel was actually a gem. Very basic Room and Great location. Just minutes from Downtown by Bus. Has an elevator and WIFI is Free but can only be accessed in the Hotel Lobby. I paid 53.00 for the Night (Sunday) and... More

I stayed here for 1 night in Feb. The front dest staff was friendly and was helpful. Once I got my keys I realized that is was a normal key that you would have to open your house with. The door to my room was a cheap door handle and lock which made me get nervous and happy it was... More

No coffee in AM or the room. Clean fresh place. NO SECURITY LOCK ON DOOR. Flush many times, on 8th fl. For toilet to finish its cycle. 2 towels for 2 of us. No micro or minifridge but the built in places were there. Some time ago they were removed , the outlets spackled in so only 1 elec outlet... More

This older property is some distance from the heart of Cancun and seems to cater to business travellers and families on a strict budget. The hotel offers few room amenities but does have two pools in the rear however it is not on the beach and fronts onto the busy ring road. The room was clean and the bed comfortable... More

I booked through Orbitz and got the room with 2 breakfasts daily and a sunset cruise for $56 a night. The rooms are fine. Front desk does not speak much English. Internet in lobby is sketchy. There are no restaurants in the area other than theirs. Big resorts across street on the beach are all inclusive. Get 11 peso bus... More

It is definitely not a 3-star hotel. The room was average. The door is opened by a metal key like your house. Sometimes there was no hot water. Some staff was not friendly. The internet in the lobby was extremely slow, and often didn't work. Even if you want to buy in-room internet, you can't buy it, because there was... More
