I booked through Orbitz and got the room with 2 breakfasts daily and a sunset cruise for $56 a night. The rooms are fine. Front desk does not speak much English. Internet in lobby is sketchy. There are no restaurants in the area other than theirs. Big resorts across street on the beach are all inclusive. Get 11 peso bus... More

It is definitely not a 3-star hotel. The room was average. The door is opened by a metal key like your house. Sometimes there was no hot water. Some staff was not friendly. The internet in the lobby was extremely slow, and often didn't work. Even if you want to buy in-room internet, you can't buy it, because there was... More

Place was clean and tidy, but a little worn. Good value for what it is. Access to the beach club was a bonus. Internet a bit slow. Location wasn't too bad, short bus trip to the main part of Zona Hotelera.

We were taken here by bus from the airport, by Cubana Airlines when our flight was delayed-can't say what it cost- we didn't pay for it, but since the airline was buying, I'm sure it was inexpensive. The place was pretty old & tired. The restaurant out front was mediocre at best(couldn't order from a menu, just had to deal... More

Decent, clean, sound proof, affordable for budget travelers.Friendly staff. The beach is right across the street. The only drawback is the lack of coffee makers and fridges in the room. But a restaraunt and a convenience store are right on the premises. Ena 47

To put this pretty plainly it is easiest for me to lay this out in two columns: What I liked: * Despite overlooking the busy street, my room was quiet, unless the sightseeing helicopter was buzzing the balcony during takeoff and landing. * A brightly lit balcony! * The air conditioner worked wonderfully. We never did find the blankets. *... More

The hotel is clean, the service is very polite and helpful Let me get this clear, this is not a beach hotel, they are not advertised as one, so please do not pay attention to those complaining about this. The room was big with a nice view at the ocean and the lagoon We are the kind of traveler that... More

Yes this hotel is cheap but it's what you expect for the price. We asked for a king bed and got two small beds so yes we slept in separate bed most nights. But hey sometimes thats a good thing haha. AC was horrible. Made some loud noises which woke us up at night. It's far from most things but... More

Sounds crazy right, but this hotel does not worth the savings. I purchased reservation on Orbitz express deals for 55/night, and I'm pretty sure this was an overpay. Very unfriendly front desk, hardly understanding or speaking English, staff would not even respond to "good morning" or "good evening". No beach area at all, across the street from Barcelo hotel where... More

Would not recommend this place!..it was awful! Asked for king bed, they gave us two little ones...married 44 years and had to sleep in separate beds. AC was very noisy, TV was bad, very little English spoken. Left after 2nd night and went to different hotel....didn't feel safe and no where to eat!...very old hotel in need of complete make...
