Agrisantamaria in San Venanzo, Umbria, Italy is a gorgeous place. We have been there twice--once with 40 people and this past August with 13. They can accimodate large groups or 1 couple in their apartments. The setting is exquisite--views of cypress trees, olive groves. Accomodations are very comfortable and you can cook very well or have them prepare meals for... More

I enjoyed five days as a guest in Rosalyn's beautiful home. I will long remember her kindness. She helped me experience far more of Cancun than I could have on my own in the busy and anonymous hotel zone. It was a wonderful experience for me and I hope to return.

If you are looking for a guest house for you and your family this is one of the best options you can find in Cancun. The hotel is pretty close to everything for this city. The owner of the house Rosalyn will help you to organize everything you want. When I was there on New Year time she showed us... More

Very nice B&B in Cancun located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Rosalyn is the perfect host and took perfect care of us. The breakfast was delicious and much more than enough with eggs, fresh fruit and juice, bread, marmelade, Mexican coffee,... The rooms were enormous and the bed was one of the most comfortable ones that we slept in... More

My husband I just got back from our "babymoon" in Cancun, where we stayed with Rosalyn. The previous reviews are all spot on. Rosalyn's home is beautiful. Our room was great (we had the one in the back overlooking the pool), and I spent many hours just lounging on the terrace, listening to the wind rustle the palm fronds and... More

We were lucky enough to have booked a couple nights with Ros on arrival in Cancun before we rented a car and toured down to Tulum. On arrival, one of our party developed a bi-lateral ear infection. Nurse Ros quickly whisked us to her recommended health care facility where we got first-class care and diagnosis. We ended up staying an... More

Last-minute holiday changes brought me (and my pug) to Roz's door. She welcomed me with open arms and an open heart, and during my stay, I felt welcomed and appreciated. Mornings began just as she advertises, with freshly brewed coffee (and tea), tropical fruits, breads and cheeses. The rest of day was spent on my own. I'm a writer, so... More

My wife and I, two dogs, and our macaw enjoyed Rosalyn's B&B hospitality this past Rosh Hashonah (and Shabbot). The b&b is located two intersections behind the Ibis Hotel, which is Ave. Tulum (the principal highway between center city Cancun and the airport). Her b&b rests two block off Av. Nichupte in a beautiful suburban LA or s. Fla. setting... More

My husband and I arrived at Rosalyn's tired, grubby, and cranky after a frustrating after-dark drive from Merida. It didn't take but a few minutes to feel at home, away from home. Fast forward 30 minutes and I was freshly showered and mindlessly collapsed in an oversized recliner, watching TV (American Pickers, no less) for the first time in weeks.... More

Home Away From Home was very special. Sitting in the kitchen chatting with Rosalyn was a treat and about as friendly and homey as could be and especially welcome after our long drive from Izamal to Cancun on the very monotinous toll road. Our room was large and comfortable and had a terrace overlooking the pool. It was equipped with... More
