Mosquitoes are everywhere inside and outside .... 1 bathroom between 8 people !! Breakfast is just toast, cornflakes and a banana ... The people are really friendly though and they try, but just seems like not a lot is being done to improve things. Dont even know what bed to take and mattress's are terrible ...

I liked this B&B, but I think only low-budget backpackers who know hostels would. I stayed in the dorms. +Living room, outside, and kitchen are good atmosphere. +Staff & Abi are super friendly, helpful, and nice. I really liked them! +Has a very good vibe. +Breakfast was super basic, but nice to at least have it. +Lockers available to store... More

I give this place a C- for location. And all you ask or complain, they have an excuse to make you think you do not know anything about Cancun and you are in a mistake. I have been to Cancun many times, and in this my 7th visit, got stolen my camera and jewelry. Of course, there is when the... More

I just like to say that no matter the effort you put in a place, it does not count unless is clean deep inside the bed and yes, there were bed bugs. It is a shame but a little professional fumigation would help. That was the downside of this b&b. Also, it is so far from the bus station that... More

The worst experience ever !!! The rooms smell rat venenum all the time, there is no hot water and the neighbourhood is awful. Unfortunately I had to stay ... luckily it was just one night but believe me a "nightmare" !!!!!

Where can I start, Abigail is an amazing host, dedicated to her guests and will always go out of her way to help and provide travel advice. Breakfast was brilliant and varied everyday. We stayed here 2 weeks from December 10th to 24th in the large dorm room so we saw a lot of people come and go, but we... More

Abigail is a very helpful and attentive host. She has great information on local restaurants, places to go and other logistics. She really goes out of her way to help her guests with their questions and needs. It's in a great location with lots of great restaurants and shops nearby yet far enough from downtown to be quiet at night.... More

I don't know what rooms others stayed in, but the room my fiancé and I were in was absolutely dreadful. There was mold on the wooden doors and the room had a horrible smell! The odor and humidity of the room was suffocating, and we could barely sleep. If you're tight on money, I suppose this would be an OK... More

I spent 2 nights at B&B Garden in October. I booked a private room with shared bathroom. But upon arrival in the late afternoon, I was told there were some mistakes and they had to give me a different room, which is on the ground floor right next to the kitchen/dinning area and common lounge. The room is big with... More

I stayed here for one night with a friend in a private room. The room had its own bathroom which always had hot water. Abigail was very helpful and directed us to cheap food and to the bus stop to get the hotel zone. It's very close to the ADO bus station, so convenient for people needing to get to... More
