Stayed here in June and loved it! I had a room facing the lagoon with a nice view. Jose at the front desk was very helpful and accomadating, as well as the lady that was there, unfortunately I didn't get her name! I stayed for a week, although English wasn't spoken much I did get by with my limited Spanish.... More

stayed here 4/26 to 4/30, Asked at the front desk for a room with a fridge, no problem, very nice employees, grounds and pool well kept and the 1 restaurant had very good food and service, only open for breakfast and lunch. Within walking distance, 10 to 15 minutes, to playa Tortuga, where the ferry to isla Mujeres and public... More

We needed a hotel for one night before catching our plane home. This hotel was well maintained, clean and had some Mexican charm to it. It is off the lagoon vs the main road so is a little quieter and cheaper than other hotels in the area. The staff was very nice and accommodating.

We couldn't get into our timeshare for two days after our arrival in Cancun and happened to stay here. The room was very clean and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Only one person spoke English, but they tried to help whenever possible. The food at the restaurant was very reasonable and good. It was a very good... More

Even though we only spent one night there, my fiancé and I really enjoyed our stay. Pros: very clean. Clean pool. Hot showers. Very cold ac. Great breakfast in the back cabana while watching black eguana sunning them selves. Cons: there was no internet in the rooms, you had to go out by the pool. The lock box had no... More

Perfectly decent budget option in Cancun. Hotel and staff are fine, the pool is good and they have a nice terrace overlooking the lagoon. Very close to the main strip (coco bongos etc) and easy to get a taxi from outside the hotel. Also very quiet and a goodnights sleep which is a bonus considering you're in Cancun.

This place is fairly inexpensive compared to other hotels in the area and it showed why In my case I was going solo so as long it was clean it was ok. It was that, but tv was very fuzzy and did not work properly. Don't expect a coffee make or even a glass in the rooms. This is the... More

We booked this hotel for 4 people in Dec 2014 between Christmas and New Years. However, when we arrived, the man at the front desk rudely told us that the only rooms left were a double and a single or a king bed. Even though our reservation was for a room with two double beds, he said it was not... More

Do not stay here! We arrived and were taken to a tiny room that looked more like a jail cell. Pathetic man at the front desk was rude and the items we asked for (drier and refrigerator) were not provided. Most important is that the area is not safe! It's dark at night to get around. Please look into something... More

The hotel itself is okay and the location is not too bad, 15 minutes walk to downtown. Room is clean and bed is comfortable. But the service was bad, I think they never help me to send my postcards as it is already a month which I paid for 60 peso for the postage. In addition, they charged me 10... More
