My husband and I just returned from a 5-day stay at the JW Cancun. The property is gorgeous. The pool is fantastic!! We had an excellent stay. The rooms are great and we had a wonderful view of the ocean. They have several different pools and pool for adults only. The food was terrific, staff was exceptional, spa was just the relaxation that I needed. I highly recommend staying here! more

very nice hotel just a few shortcomings, the ice machine on my floor never did work over the 5 days we were there, we had some carpet nails that we stepped on and it took 3 phone calls to get someone to fix them. Off season was the perfect time to be here! The resort was beautiful & the customer service was wonderful. Since there weren't a lot of people on the resort, special attention was paid to those customers who where there. I'd highly recommend this resort to anyone. more
