Stayed Nov.01-Nov.08/09 during Hurricane Ida (only 1.5 days of sun - but didn't matter) This is the BEST 3.5 star in Cancun. Service is unbelievable, Food is great, Rooms are fine, but the beach sucks. Went for a 4 day/night stay at hotel. First room was stinky, but then they gave us a choice of two rooms, one of which was absolutely perfect!
