Lots of good food options for the price and beautiful pool, beach, and restaurant. Everyone was very nice and helpful. We stayed on the third floor with ocean view and the room was clean and nice. Only complaint would be that the door had to be slammed to get closed and there weren't a ton of drink options. It was... More

Dont worry staying here. I can only rate one dot but deserves minus 5 dots. Room keys that wont work. Internet not working either Restaurant. Would not even take a homeless pet here. Bilingual. Non existing Rooms. I would be more comfy in a tent. Staff. Rude and a roughneck. Room advice. Take a different hotel.

Best to advise of our experience: The hotel has seen better days and is quite run down. Our room door had to be heavily shoved to actually open and slammed hard to get it closed. The last straw came when one evening the electronic door lock wouldn't go green and open. Five trips up and down the stairs (two levels)... More

This place is your average 2 star motel. It's way far from the 'proper' hotel zone and kind of dumpy. Cockroaches in the room! No elevators. Doesn't have that resort style feeling at all. It's a motel. Spend the extra money and stay in the much nicer places down the road.

I read all the reviews on this hotel before I booked my stay . I read where some were rather upset while others very pleased . I've been to Cancun many times and I know some hotels are pure luxury . Those are the ones where it cost so much to stay that you don't want to leave your hotel... More

I stayed for 5 days/4 nights. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. As soon as I got in there was a bellhop who wanted to help out super nice. The no wifi in the rooms was a minor setback which I knew of coming in but since my room was overlooking the pool/beach that also had wifi besides the... More

I'm lucky to still have a girlfriend after staying in this hotel. My short synopsis is to advise you not to stay here. But if you do, I would certainly not do the all inclusive. Definitely not worth it. My detailed review is below. I hope you find it helpful. We were booked at the Imperial Las Perlas Hotel in... More

This is a classic example of you get what you pay for. The hotel is shabby, old and not particularly well maintained. Rooms are large and generally clean, furnishings sparse and broken, and locks questionable. Breakfast is fine and Mexican and is offered in a large hut over the water – tables were a little sticky, though. This is a... More
