This hotel is good for what you pay, just be aware of the limitations and prepare. First off be aware that this hotel has no elevators, no nice beach and no wifi in the rooms. They told us this and we were not deceived. We payed $735 MXP per night. We spent 3 nights in this hotel, after a week... More

I will start by stating the pros - the staff in the restaurant and pool bar were very friendly. The pool area was cute, and in other circumstances having a poolside room would have been great. Unfortunately we never intended to stay here, and I wish we hadn't. The hotel where we had booked (three months prior and gave a... More

We booked online, showed up hours early and they hadn't prepared our room. We sat in the waiting area they saw how tired we were so upgraded our room and checked us in at no extra cost, we had a room on the top floor overlooking the beach. They have a buffet breakfast included and you can have breakfast out... More

Stayed one night. Pros: Beachfront, nice room, great air conditioner, excellent food served beachside, nice pool. Cons: Walk-in rate substantially higher than online, very loud music from their beachside restaurant all evening and into night. They will try (vigorously) to sign you up for a trip to another location for a free buffet breakfast. I was savvy enough to realize... More

The mattress was brand new, and we slept like babies for the entire stay. The staff at the restaurant and bar was fantastic, a little bit less ready to assist the front desk. We kept losing access to our room since the cards would not work all the time, and we had to swap cards all the time. Wifi only... More

Hotel is very basic. Just a clean bed, toilet and noisy air-conditioned. No lift. My room was at the highest floor. For the price and fact that it's located in hotel zone, it's OK. Location actually not so ideal as its right at the beginning of hotel zone (2km). Easy to miss the bus stop. Wifi only at lobby but... More

One of the oldest and first hotel on the Cancun Hotel Zone with a budget friendly price.. It had everything we needed for the night, restaurant, bar and a free breakfast. The patio had a great view overlooking the lagoon and boats. It was for one night so it suited our needs. Not an all inclusive if that is what... More

If you want to be in Cancun and not spend a lot of money, this is the place. There are no bells and whistles, but it has everything needed. A small pool, beach, restaurant, bar, and small store on premises. For the price you pay it is perfectly fine. If I need a cheap place to stay again, with fooed... More

Horrible place nothing good to say about it... Everything is absolutely terrible!! Not to mention the employees steal from the rooms and the management doesn't do anything to help. Cheap, but definitely not worth it considering the amount of cash stolen from the room.

You could fel the springs of the mattress, very old all the furniture was peeling off, even insects. The balcony was facing to 3 cars in th e parking lot and when asked the staff to fix or change my room just avoided me.had to change hotel on my own. Want to enjoy your vacation in Cancun? Don't stay there!!!!
