I read all the reviews on this hotel before I booked my stay . I read where some were rather upset while others very pleased . I've been to Cancun many times and I know some hotels are pure luxury . Those are the ones where it cost so much to stay that you don't want to leave your hotel... More

I stayed for 5 days/4 nights. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. As soon as I got in there was a bellhop who wanted to help out super nice. The no wifi in the rooms was a minor setback which I knew of coming in but since my room was overlooking the pool/beach that also had wifi besides the... More

I'm lucky to still have a girlfriend after staying in this hotel. My short synopsis is to advise you not to stay here. But if you do, I would certainly not do the all inclusive. Definitely not worth it. My detailed review is below. I hope you find it helpful. We were booked at the Imperial Las Perlas Hotel in... More

This is a classic example of you get what you pay for. The hotel is shabby, old and not particularly well maintained. Rooms are large and generally clean, furnishings sparse and broken, and locks questionable. Breakfast is fine and Mexican and is offered in a large hut over the water – tables were a little sticky, though. This is a... More

I was booked to stay the night of Dec 26, 2014. Upon arrival, I found this is not a 3 star hotel ; it barely qualifies as a 1 star motel. The rooms/furnishing are so old and dirty and the "beach" is small and dirty. We did not even bother staying the night ... it was that disgusting. The front... More

I really enjoy staying in this hotel. I went there with a friend and we both have a great time. The beach is descent and the location is convenience. The Breakfast was good. This is a good hotel to stay if you travel in a budget.

We arrived Dec., 24th. I thought my wife was going to cry. Didn't have our reservation, which I already paid for a week, and know body spoke any English. Paid for the night in cash and the following morning still no resolution to my reservation. This was fine as we wanted out of there. Beds were like Army cots, I... More

If zombies went on vacation, they would stay here. I was afraid to d weweuck the closet however. Thing were falling off the walls in the reception area, the kitchenette had pots and pans but nothing else. The shower was mouldy. It was scarry. The mattress was as thin as a dollar store chair cushion and the pillows were all... More

This hotel is good for what you pay, just be aware of the limitations and prepare. First off be aware that this hotel has no elevators, no nice beach and no wifi in the rooms. They told us this and we were not deceived. We payed $735 MXP per night. We spent 3 nights in this hotel, after a week... More

I will start by stating the pros - the staff in the restaurant and pool bar were very friendly. The pool area was cute, and in other circumstances having a poolside room would have been great. Unfortunately we never intended to stay here, and I wish we hadn't. The hotel where we had booked (three months prior and gave a... More
