We had a nice stay at the Grand Hyatt. Rooms were clean, not overdone. Good shower with regular tub. Outlets by the beds. Having stayed at Hyatts elsewhere, this one was a minor disappointment. Rooms need "spiffing up". Accessibility for my 90 year old mom was a challenge - ramped areas in short supply - steps everywhere.
