Casa Maya is a timeshare hotel. The hotel is small yet big. It's very clean and the staff is very nice and friendly. The rooms might need a little updating, but having a full kitchen and living room comes in handy, especially if you are staying with friends who like to party! They have a pool and activities planned for... More

We went to Casa Maya, because of good offer. I was scare a bit, but when we arrived, I didn't feel any bad. Nice beach, nice hotel, 5 stars but in the restaurants the price was like everywhere. Staff are friendly, everybody speak English, so I like it.

Pros: good location away from the crazy night life. Family friendly. Bus stop is not too far from resort. Happy hour every night brings resort process down to something affordable. Nice pool. Nice hot tub. Great beach access. Good service. Rooms were great. We had everything we needed in the room with the kitchen. Cons: beach isnt private. restaurant prices... More

The Casa Maya hotel in Cancun is one to consider if you are looking for a relaxing no frills stay in Cancun. The staff and workers try very hard to make the resort nice. They have 3 pools, tennis courts, a spa and awesome beach. Probably the best location in Cancun. You can lap swim in the ocean out front... More

This is an old hotel but being refurnished. People very pleasant , All service very good. Wonderful breakfast, nice food every night. Music in the bar. Excellent pool, good view in the beach. Only concern is about the rooms that smells mustiness. Everything very clean and all employees courteous and gentle. Very well located.

We had a wonderful experience in Casa Maya. We even had transfer from the airport at a special rate, something we didn't expect. Casa Maya has a wonderful location, as it is close to the embarcadero to take the ferry to visit Isla Mujeres. There is a close bus stop to go to Cancun from the Zona Hotelera. The hotel... More

First all if you are an American do not bother staying here. The hotel only speaks Spanish not to mention everyone that stays there. They do NOT give out free anything. The drinks have no booze in them and there are one disgusting small bar and restaurant. I came here for a family vacation when I had taken q cab... More

I am very disappointed in the Casa Maya / Imperial Fiesta Club this year. We have been going there for fourteen years, our maintenance fee goes up every year, we paid big bucks for our timeshare membership and the rooms are very much in need of updating. We had the same furnishings, flooring, fixtures, and appliances original to the timeshare... More

This is one of the older hotels in a resort full of new glitzy ones (nothing older than around 1975). That does NOT mean it is sub-standard. It is in excellent condition...clean and very well maintained. The grounds are pristine and the staff very professional and friendly. The restaurants (two...one just for breakfast) are very good with special buffets every... More

Just ended a week stay at the hotel. Our stay was April 11-18. I was a little worried by some of the reviews I had red about the hotel being dated and some other comments. Let me just say that this is a great Hotel...Is it a little dated?? Yes, but it was not bad. I have been to Mexico... More
