just an average hotel in cancun. good for spring break but staff is totally rude. hotel is nice and near all the main attractions. i would recommend but there are much better outfits on the strip in cancun

The room we had for two weeks was clean, cool and had an amazing view. all the staff was very friendly and the food was lovely. The pool was quiet and very clean and cleaned daily. It was geat for going out as its a short walk to the clubs.

We stayed here first in november (C-building) and in december (B-building) and quality wise... the latter stay was better but still the room was pretty worn.
Improvement work is on going and is well needed.
