My wife and I (in our 60's) spent a week at this hotel in late Jan. 2008 and enjoyed it very much. The food was good if not great. The pool area was nice and clean. Our only disappointment was that our room was very small. We especially enjoyed the nightly show (usually by the staff but on one night... More

I have to say - before we left for this trip - I was so nervous - I spent so much time reading all the reviews and thought I may have made a bad mistake. I am so happy to say - that we had a fantastic time. We travelled there from February 10th to the 17th. I travelled with... More

I will start off by saying that anyone that had anything bad to say about this hotel just likes to complain...Whenever you go to any hotel anywhere you can always find something to complain about IF you look hard enough. Just walk out to the back of the hotel and look at that beautiful ocean and the scenary and nothing... More

This place is a dump and should be shut down for HEALTH RESONS. The MOLD is HUGE in the SO CALLED AIR CONDITIONING and BATHROOM. The STAIRS are wet/Slippery. The Help Is RUDE. THE FOOD IS AWFULL. The cold food is warm...the warm food is COLD. They will try and make you PAY for a upgrade which just does not... More

My husband, myself and our 4 teenagers just returned from a wonderful stay at the Royal Solaris. My experience at the Royal Solaris was great! My husband and I booked through our timeshare and when we got there they took great care of us immediately. We weren't supposed to be able to check in until 3pm but we got there at noon and the room was ready. We had a beautiful ocean view on the 3rd floor... More

Well, for starters, you can't always believe what you read, as most of us know. I had such a great time, I'm lost for words. The food was awsome, the employees were awsome, everyone was great. I can't say anything negitive about this place, or my trip. My room had great A/C as most say other wise, I don't smoke,... More

Cancun is a beautiful place to vacation, however, you need to be in the right hotel to have a wonderful and enjoyable vacation. Overall, our vacation was enjoyable and I would love to return to Cancun next year, however, I will be booking at another hotel. The food is good, pretty much cruise ship quality. I was extremely disappointed with... More
