We did not choose to stay at this hotel; the choice was made for us by a third party company. I am not really sure where to start when describing how awful we found it. The first sign should have been when we arrived at 5 in the afternoon all hot and dusty after visiting Chichen Itza and the lobby... More

I stayed there 5 night, very comfortable room, I want to say 4 rooms in one. Very good service and restaurant. Out-door swimming pool and small partly quiet beach, on the opposite side is Mujeres Island accessible by boat. In front of hotel is road and bus goes directly to center of town. For relaxing, I think family great choice.

Yes, the hotel is much closer to the old town of Cancun than it isto the hotel strip - for me this is a plus. Rooms clean and functional, breakfast good, free wifi, staff helpful and you can always take the bus to the town or along the strip. Cancun was not to my taste but this hotel was absolutely... More

i read so many bad review about this hotel but i disagree with that. of course, the hotel is old and not fantastic but i think they provide reasonable price for that hotel. everybody is kind. somebody can't speak english, but the person who is in front desk can speak enlgish. and the locationg is good. the beach is just... Cannot comment on the rooms, we just passed by and needed food so ate in the restaurant. Very friendly staff and the food was very nice and good value for money.

spent 5 nights here before getting the bus down to belize and 2 nights after. the hotel is great in a chintzy slightly old fashioned way. the beds are massive. staff were great. they allowed us to leave half our luggage with them so we didn't have to cart it to belize. it was handy for downtown as it's at... It is a very clean and quite hotel. It has been remodeled in 2009. The staff is very friendly, the hotel is a little expensive but the food is very good. We stayed for two days and we were told that if we needed to keep our belongings safe we needed to put them under lock in the lobby. We... More

This is not a 3 star hotel. It is middle of nowhere the rooms smell, toilets don't flush well, can't sleep because of the noise. The hotel is also very old and dirty and you always see some maintenance guy walking around with a plunger going from room to room, the pool was ok though and there is a small... More

This hotel is next door to Temptations which has a topless beach and pool area. That fact alone makes it worth the price. What a surprise to go for a morning walk and see nubile young ladies exposing their best assets for the world to enjoy.

Here the people from the hotel seem to do the only very necessary things. It was raining in my bed and nobody was really worried about it. I woke up sick, unfortunately I was so tired that I did not realize my wet bed. The staff follows its own agenda and timetable, we could not feel something like hospitality or... More
