Tried to save a little money and stay here for one night. In one word: Cheap. They have the World's tiniest beach area (surrounded by docks and not nice). The Pool was absolutely filthy. Pay a little more to stay somewhere nice. Don't stay here!

I had no problems during my stay. Everything was brilliant. Customer service was top and the entertainment staff ensured we had brilliant nights out and we were never bored during the day. I will be back.

Ok place to stay if you're just needing a place to sleep. The staff are very friendly and accommodating and it is affordable, but that's about it. When they say the Internet is available in the lobby, they mean it. The signal is quite weak even in the lobby, but take one step (no exaggeration) out of the lobby, and... More

We stayed for four nights at the end of July. The rooms were clean and the air conditioning worked well. The internet only worked in the lobby which was open planned. Therefore it was quite unpleasant to check your emails without the AC in the Mexican heat. The staff were so so. I was quite unimpressed when my brother had... More

Despite a mix up with our booking (beware of booking large room that sleeps 9 you will be charged extra for each person regardless, which was unclear to us when we booked the room) we had a lovely stay here. Staff were helpful and friendly and concerned when we encountered a problem separate to our stay. There is a lovely... More

Stayed here two nights and loved it. It was an old style building and had its own local charm. We paid $80US/night which was an affordable rate for two of us. The bus stop is right outside and you can take it up the shops for $1 a ride. The hotel is not near any dinner places but neither is... More

The building itself is outdated, but please don't judge this resort by the building. The staff, from the cleaning people to the waiters to the managers, made up for every thing the building lacks. As we passed the staff in the halls, they always greeted us with a smile. The waiters took care of our every need. We had special... More

Our family stayed at this hotel for 8 days in July. Beds are very uncomfortable and are like sleeping on plywood. We spent or first 2 days in Cancun pretty much waiting in the lobby to talk work the manager. We asked that our room be changed because we were being charged an outrageous amount of money per night because... More

This was definitely not a good hotel if you want activities or if you wanted to stay at a resort to relax. When we first got to the hotel the staff was nice but when we got to the room the air conditioner would not work. They did not inform us right when we got in that the air conditioner... More

I don't have an excuse for taking so long to write this - but I finally found the card to remind me! My husband and I had a GREAT time at Cancun Bay Resort on our belated honeymoon!! It is a quaint and comfortable resort with little noise and partying. Since we were there to relax and take in the... More
