I loved this holiday. We arrived on 21st Sept for 2 weeks. The staff were all friendly and great with the children. The pool staff had the kids drinks ready for them when they swam up. We had an enjoyable trip, but like most trips to Mexico, felt like most people were more interested in making a buck off of you than in your well being. A few of the staff members were exceptionally nice. Some were only interested in the money. If you want a quiet Cancun vacation this is a nice place to visit.... more
