Me and a friend arrived at the hotel and was greeted by a lovely bell boy (luis) who was friendly and very helpfull. The reception staff were helpfull and did as you asked and were very helpfull. 1. Front desk staff should not be in the hotel business as they are disrespectful and far from out going! 2. They charge you $2 a day to use the room lock box. 3.
