Really clean rooms with air condition. Nothing faulty to find. Very central position in Cancun, ~5 minute walk to the bus station and tons of restaurants around. But pretty expensive, considering there's no breakfast included.

I have never understood why people choose to stay in the hotelzone. Its overprized and full of drunken trash. The centro of Cancun is the place to be in the evenings, great restaurants and good prices. Last time we stayed at Ramada Cancun Cituy and it was natural that we chose this great place once again. The rates are very... More

Enjoyed my stay. Large room overlooking street, bit noisy but acceptable with patio door closed. Good breakfasts - try the wickedly hot jalapeño sauce! Bathroom a bit of a squeeze, and only a fixed shower head. Free wifi, fast when it works (about 80 to 90% of the time).

We chose this hotel because of its location close to the ADO bus station. We had a nice clean, quiet room with balcony looking over the pool. The beds were super comfy. Bathroom a little small but great shower. Only negative would be the continental breakfast which was included in our room booking. The full buffet breakfast included cereals, fruit,... More

We flew into Cancun as an entry option to Northern Belize. We chose the Cancun Ramada primarily because it was close to the bus depot and our plan called for taking the ADO bus to Chetumal the next day. The Ramada was clean, inexpensive with free wifi. Since it was downtown there was a good choice of restaurants nearby. We... More

This was out launch hotel for a bus tour around the Yucatan. The staff were friendly and the photographs of the room proved accurate. The gym is small but adequate. Only complaint is that the mattresses were pretty darn hard! Slept well enough though.

stayed here for three days and the locarion is perfect! you are a few blocks from the Mercado 28 where you can have a great breakfast for 40 pesos versus the 120 pesos at the hotel. You are maybe four blocks from ADO (bus depot) which will take you anywhere. OH and go to the ADO MEXICAN WEBSITe to get... More

We needed a break in Cancun - a great hotel at a moderate price - after traveling Central America for a couple of months. The Ramada was it for us! Clean, bright, modern, well-maintained, and quiet for our 3 night stay. But there is a secret bonus: The Ramada is ideally located in downtown Cancun. Within 5 minutes walk: -... More

The Ramada was in a central location to the Mercado 28, bus station, and restaurants. Super reliable taxi's. The staff was friendly and the breakfast bar is good! Rooms are clean and quiet, beds not so comfy but doable. The bathroom sink drained super slow and hot water took a bit to kick in, but that is not a deal... More
