I stayed here for a total of three nights. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean and the rooms have everything you will need - TV, iron, coffee machine. The hotel is located in downtown Cancun which unless you are visiting somewhere here i can think of no reason to come to this part of town - pretty much everything to... More

The hotel has a "miami" feel to eat. The food and drink were great. The pool is just right for the location. Close to the bus station and local restaurants and shop. A quick ride to the Coco Bongo area. The staff was incredibly nice and caring. I was traveling alone and checked in with them regularly about my whereabouts.... More

Over the years, we have stayed several times at this hotel (normally when in transit to another country). It is infinitely better than any of the soulless hotels scattered around the airport. Everything is immaculately clean - the bed linen, the room, the dining area etc. Even though most speak only a little English, the staff were delightful and helpful.... More

This is my 4th visit to Mexico, it is my favourite country of the 13 I have traveled to so far, and of the many hotels and B&Bs I have used this was easily the worst experience. Unlike Omgrocketz I would not go so far as to say they are racist but, in a city which only exists because of... More

We enjoyed our stay at Ramada. From checkin the staff was helpful with restaurant recommendations and directions. The room is large and very nice from the bed to the bathroom. The common areas on the ground floor looked nice as well as the pool area. We were walking distance to Mercado 28 and to the Pik NIk restaurant we wanted... More

The worst hotel ever! Very racist! Cant even speak English. Terrible service. They lock us out of our room and never clean it. They watch everything we do like we're criminals. So expensive and charge for everything! Never again hotel "RAMADA" Very unhappy customers 😡

Dear Omgrocketz, First of all, please accept our apologies it was never our intention to make you feel that way. Regarding to the issue of the languages spoken, I'd like to let you know that we are taking some actions to correct this situation and deliver the right service that all of our guests deserve. More

Our friends booked this hotel through their RCI, so we booked there also. What a huge mistake! I would never book a room in this place EVER again! The rooms stunk like musty old gym socks and a dead cockroach in the hall really turned me off! After checking 3 different rooms, we finally decided on the room with the... More

We stayed one night at this hotel to get a better flight home from the Mayan Riviera. The room was clean, big enough, nice TV. The bed was very uncomfortable - too hard & not enough sheets/blankets. We had a view of the pool which was nice, with a "Juliet" balcony (no room for chairs).Breakfast was offered at $12 USD... More

Basically, that's how it goes: you go in, you check-in, you sleep, you shower, you go out, the cleaning staff make your room, you check out, thank you, good bye, hope to see you soon. This hotel feels like a supermarket. No smiles, no frills, no excitement whatsoever. You had to see the face of the guy that checked us... More

We spent holiday time there and we choose to stay at this hotel because we found it very convenient mainly because of its location. I consider we got more than expected because of the price (it is an affordable hotel) but we were glad to receive really good service from the staff; also, the facilities were clean and comfortable.
