This hotel is in a great location - close to the ADO bus station and restaurants & bars. They were happy to hold our luggage for us when we visited other parts of the Yucatan which was very helpful. The room was basic and comfortable. It was large and spacious with a small balcony overlooking the pool. The air-conditioner worked... More

I was in this hotel for a mini-vacation after a business meeting. I had been advised to stay here as opposed to the Zona Hotelera and I'm glad I did. I found it better to go to the Zone and enjoy and then come back here for sleep. The area is safe to walk around at night and there are... More

This hotel ticked all the boxes for me during my stay in Cancun. I arrived without a reservation and they happily accommodated me in a huge room that was very quiet. The WiFi, TV and air-con all worked well, and the shower was nice and strong. This was the perfect option for someone who didn't want to pay hundreds of... More

The staff was good but location wise this is not a good place to be for the price you are paying. The most ridiculous thing about this hotel is the policy of providing only 2 small bottles of water per day. They call them selfs 4 star hotel and they expect their guests to drink only 2 small bottles of... More

Booked for Wyndham for 60$...hotels in the city are way cheaper than in the Zona... Arrived around 1PM...walked from the ADO terminal and got a bit lost, so get a good map if you are walking it...its only 5 minutes once you know the proper route. Check in was courteous, if a bit cold, and was provided a room facing... More

The hotel looks great, the rooms are comfortable, I felt rested after sleeping in bed. It was a last minute choice for work, however, was sufficiently pleased. What I did not like was that there was no soap or shampoo for hair, have only one dispenser. The location is not the best but for the price worth it. Not much... More

Really clean rooms with air condition. Nothing faulty to find. Very central position in Cancun, ~5 minute walk to the bus station and tons of restaurants around. But pretty expensive, considering there's no breakfast included.

I have never understood why people choose to stay in the hotelzone. Its overprized and full of drunken trash. The centro of Cancun is the place to be in the evenings, great restaurants and good prices. Last time we stayed at Ramada Cancun Cituy and it was natural that we chose this great place once again. The rates are very... More

Enjoyed my stay. Large room overlooking street, bit noisy but acceptable with patio door closed. Good breakfasts - try the wickedly hot jalapeño sauce! Bathroom a bit of a squeeze, and only a fixed shower head. Free wifi, fast when it works (about 80 to 90% of the time).

We chose this hotel because of its location close to the ADO bus station. We had a nice clean, quiet room with balcony looking over the pool. The beds were super comfy. Bathroom a little small but great shower. Only negative would be the continental breakfast which was included in our room booking. The full buffet breakfast included cereals, fruit,... More
