We chose this hotel following staying at a resort in the hotel zone. We needed something central where we could get a good night of sleep. We arrived at the hotel and had unfriendly service from reception. We were brought to a room with 2 double beds when we had reserved a room with a king size bed. We had... More

We have stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks. The hotel looks nice on the website, in real a bit less but is just ok, if you not expecting too much. First thing we were surprised was very poor english of hotel staff - there was maybe one person speaking average english so we had many problems with communication, however... More

We stayed just one night on our way to Isla Mujeres, and we wanted to walk to downtown restaurants and clubs. The hotel is further from the airport than the "hotel strip" options, but it has more personality. Be aware that the city of Cancun has a more eclectic and varied appearance than the beach hotels. Both the public and... More

This hotel is in the central zone of the city, not in the hotel zone, and this is its main advantage. From here you can explore easier the non-touristic stuff in Cancun, while at the same time enjoy the same excursions all other hotels offer (the hotel has a travel office). The hotel is close to some nice shopping and... More

This hotel used to be a Radisson until recently. I have stayed there several times. I live in Mahahaul, Mexico about 350 km south of Cancun and occasionally have to travel to Cancun to the airport to pickup and drop off friends and relatives. I always stay here because I usually shop while I am there and this hotel is... More

The rooms, beds, installations are good, not great, but for a short stay it is good, as long as your room air conditioner is loud and noisy, if not you will hear everything from all nearby rooms. You can hear the footsteps, doors opening and closing, hanging clothes, voices, or if your room faces the pool, you can hear the talking,... More

Checked in and should have known right away how bad this was going to be, temperature in lobby had to be in the high 80's, front desk employees were using box fans behind the counter. Walked into my room, and it was showing 30 C (86F) on the thermostat. AC going full blast, but no cold air. Called front desk,... More

We used this hotel for our first 3 nights in Mexico. We wanted a hotel in the downtown-area, close to the bus-terminal, where we could relax and adjust to Mexico-time. And for that, the hotel was great. The one day, we used the option to go to the beach-club. We liked the beach, but didn't like the loud and monotone... More

The hotel recently changed its name to Adhara, so tell the taxi driver you want to go to Radisson Hacienda Cancun. The staff is very helpful and the rooms are big and clean. The one I´ve stayed looked renewed not so far ago. Breakfast cost 160 pesos and you can take a bus to the hotel zone at a bus... More
