The rooms, beds, installations are good, not great, but for a short stay it is good, as long as your room air conditioner is loud and noisy, if not you will hear everything from all nearby rooms. You can hear the footsteps, doors opening and closing, hanging clothes, voices, or if your room faces the pool, you can hear the talking,... More

Checked in and should have known right away how bad this was going to be, temperature in lobby had to be in the high 80's, front desk employees were using box fans behind the counter. Walked into my room, and it was showing 30 C (86F) on the thermostat. AC going full blast, but no cold air. Called front desk,... More

We used this hotel for our first 3 nights in Mexico. We wanted a hotel in the downtown-area, close to the bus-terminal, where we could relax and adjust to Mexico-time. And for that, the hotel was great. The one day, we used the option to go to the beach-club. We liked the beach, but didn't like the loud and monotone... More

The hotel recently changed its name to Adhara, so tell the taxi driver you want to go to Radisson Hacienda Cancun. The staff is very helpful and the rooms are big and clean. The one I´ve stayed looked renewed not so far ago. Breakfast cost 160 pesos and you can take a bus to the hotel zone at a bus... More

If you're not requiring a location on the beach, the Adhara Hacienda Cancun can be a relatively inexpensive, decent place to stay. It is convenient to bus station, downtown restaurants, and bus routes that do go to the hotel zone and its beaches. One minor detail - one morning we brought items from a nearby bakery to eat at the... More

Friendly check in staff and concierge greeted me on arrival at the Radisson Hacienda. A 3 star hotel? Hmmm certainly it has all the trappings of a 3 star hotel...restaurant with attentive waiters, modern airconditioned rooms , wifi and a very tempting pool, with swim up bar. But the hot water was sporadic in the bathroom! Noisy rooms from the... More

My husband and I stayed one night at the Radisson Hacienda Hotel. We had some difficulty finding the hotel on our way from the airport. After driving in circles for sometime we stopped at another hotel where they graciously offered to call the Radisson. Staff from the Radisson promptly arranged for a taxi to come to our location at the... More

We were a group of 4 friends and stayed at the Radisson Hotel Hacienda 3 nights from the 8th to the 10th march. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the porters and the receptionists. We arrived in our room and globally everything was ok. The room was clean, everything in the right spot, etc. Although in the bathroom there... More

Nice and quiet. Perfect location to experience Cancun and it's local culture. Booked tours at the hotel for great prices through Xcaret. We opted for the Chichen Itza and Cenote Ik Kil tours. Wonderful experience and great tour guide Reuben. There is another tour service at the hotel, but you had to pay for transportation to a pick-up location, Xcaret... More
