We were only in Cancun overnight but found the hotel to be clean and comfortable. The staff were excellent and food in the restaurant was nice and not expensive. We took a local bus and did a round trip to the hotel zone.

Where to begin. The room was OK, no mini fridge, no free water considering water in Cancun is not potable, and they wanted to charge people 2 dollars per water bottle. There were roaches everywhere, we had to call reception more than 10 times in two days; light fixtures in the room were not working, the tub had no tampon,... More

I stayed for 3 days (business) at this hotel. It was formerly a Radisson hotel and standard is quite good. Location good in downtown Cancun (although a bit shady area surrounding it). However - for catering to business travelers, this hotel gets a big thumb down. Only in the lobby area was I able to get a somewhat good (albeit... More

The hotel is situated in a very dreary neigbourhood. The rooms are fine, the staff efficient, but you constantly have this feeling, that it is a hotel, that is on its way down. Used to belong to the Radisson chain, but nowhere up to their standard today.

We chose this hotel following staying at a resort in the hotel zone. We needed something central where we could get a good night of sleep. We arrived at the hotel and had unfriendly service from reception. We were brought to a room with 2 double beds when we had reserved a room with a king size bed. We had... More

We have stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks. The hotel looks nice on the website, in real a bit less but is just ok, if you not expecting too much. First thing we were surprised was very poor english of hotel staff - there was maybe one person speaking average english so we had many problems with communication, however... More

We stayed just one night on our way to Isla Mujeres, and we wanted to walk to downtown restaurants and clubs. The hotel is further from the airport than the "hotel strip" options, but it has more personality. Be aware that the city of Cancun has a more eclectic and varied appearance than the beach hotels. Both the public and... More

This hotel is in the central zone of the city, not in the hotel zone, and this is its main advantage. From here you can explore easier the non-touristic stuff in Cancun, while at the same time enjoy the same excursions all other hotels offer (the hotel has a travel office). The hotel is close to some nice shopping and... More

This hotel used to be a Radisson until recently. I have stayed there several times. I live in Mahahaul, Mexico about 350 km south of Cancun and occasionally have to travel to Cancun to the airport to pickup and drop off friends and relatives. I always stay here because I usually shop while I am there and this hotel is... More

The rooms, beds, installations are good, not great, but for a short stay it is good, as long as your room air conditioner is loud and noisy, if not you will hear everything from all nearby rooms. You can hear the footsteps, doors opening and closing, hanging clothes, voices, or if your room faces the pool, you can hear the talking,... More
