We booked thislackingknowing the bad reviews and expected certain aspects of this place to be deficient. Therefore I will not complain about those aspects but they are listed below. Beds are hard - yes Service is terrible - yesI almost unwelcoming. Restaurant is lacking - very much so. These are not complaints. Me and my wife expected this. What really... More

1) hotel is very close to the heart of hotel strip so it's FANTASTIC in terms of location. 2) the rooms are minimalistic. But bright and clean and does not feel grimy. 3) the beach towels feel great and are much better than towels in the room. Recommendations 1) purchase the 20L water, comes with dispenser and what not for... More

Horrible service, they charge you for everything! AC was not working! Beds were so uncomfortable, hard as a rock! Location was great. But the service at the hotel from the staff was horrible. Will not be staying here ever again!!!!

This hotel was exactly what we were after - safe, great location, very reasonable for price, friendly and helpful staff, clean and decent rooms, and not overly cramped by others. It is less than 10 minutes walk from the main shopping and club areas and the same for the closest beach called Chac Mool. It was great that they had... More

This hotel is perfect if you want to be close to the clubs and shopping. It's a real fun area and the beach is awesome...The prices are a little higher than I expected about the same or more than the states as this is a tourist area....The hotel is clean, kept up nice and the food and breakfast okay and... next to Coco Bongo and other disco clubs and good restaurants. Beach at just a few minutes walk. Good general impression, swimming pool, tennis court. Quiet also at night even if close to disco clubs.

We came to Cancun to party and do some shopping at La Isla Mall. We didn't spend much time in the hotel but is was very comfortable, spacious and clean. The front desk staff are courteous and very helpful. On our last day we tool advantage of the free continental breakfast, which consisted of different pastry breads. It tasted good.... More

This place is located in a pretty busy area of Cancun, at the "elbow" of the "seven" in Hotel Zone. The drive in did not look promising, the access is the alley between Mextreme and Marinero's, and rough and broken looking roadway. The entrance to the hotel is gated and guarded (which is good thing if you think about it...)... More

Nice area with a good Mexican restaurant and shops nearby. Really liked the rooms, nice and big and air conditioned. Our electricity didn't work but seeing as we were only there for one night it didn't bother us. Really enjoyed the pool, nice and relaxing with all the palm trees surrounding it.

We booked here because the conference at the conference center listed them as a choice. It was pretty cheap for cancun, so we were very happy that we got a "lagoon view room". Well, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, but lagoon... You need to look pretty hard to see it. If you are looking for a budget hotel, this... More
