If you're wondering about the Le Meridien...she's gone for good. Starwood dropped her from the Le Meridien brand and she's now an independently run local hotel. It's a shame but there's still a great Westin Resort and the Lagunamar Westin Vacation Resort is by far one of the premier places to stay in Cancun.

This hotel is great. Have stayed here three times. Last time we were there President Caldarone was a guest also. Really nice spa. The club level is worth the extra charge. Light breakfast and snacks and cocktails in the lounge.
