The positives for this hotel is its location, art work and size - it is however dated and needs quite a bit of refurbishment to bring it up to standard. The hotel was very quiet when we checked in but they gave us what must have been the worst room in the house - looking straight into a thatched roof... More

We stayed here for one night, after vacationing south of Tulum, because our flight left Cancun early in the morning. So you can see, Cancun was not our destination or preferred location, but the transition from total calm in the Tulum beach area to Cancun was easier because we stayed here. It's like staying in a nice home (with marble... More

The room is nice but they fee you to death. Food served in the restaurant may be the worst food of any place we ate in Mexico, ever, (breakfast and dinner)! Reviews rave about Ernesto. Nice guy but never see anyone at the pool bar or pool side restaurant. Hotel security has been instructed to prohibit guest from bringing any... More

This small classy hotel with 29 rooms is a welcome relief to the mega resorts of Cancun The rooms are large and tastefully decorated with artwork. Lovely hotel with friendly, helpful staff (especially Missey) and a great location right on the beach. Huge rooms. Great breakfast and gorgeous view from the pool. A small island of calm in the midst of all the high-rise resorts.

Our stay was nice, but we had a couple of issues with the room, the AC didn't cool enough and the toilet has a problem when flushing. They charge you for using internet, I don't remember the amount but as we only stayed one day we didn't pay. The room was huge, with a big bathroom, two sinks, a bathtub... More
