This stunningly beautiful elegant boutique hotel on a pretty stretch of Cancun beach sits among the mega hotel madness. What a refreshing accommodation! Our room was large and super clean (although they might do some modern updating of the furniture/linens), with a wonderful private balcony, massive bathroom/dressing area, and comfy sitting area. Breakfast was included in our stay and it... More

Nothing but positive things to say. It was clean and the staff were very friendly. The place has the feeling of being empty even when it's booked out. It's like a large hacienda that's been converted into a hotel. We came here for one night because we wanted to do the whale shark tour the next day, which the hotel... More

This was my first visit to Cancun. Casa Turquesa it's an intimate and hidden gem in Cancun. The amenities from this luxurious hotel offers you a premier service when it comes to their guests. From the moment you walk in you are welcome by the most amazing staff. Missey at the front desk was attentive and cordial with our stay.... More

Big room, bid bed and bathroom. Room relatively clean. We had a garden view. Hotel its quite ageing and extremely humid. Room badly smelled humidity. Blind very difficult to close. We 've tried one the breakfast it was terrible (stale bread) and quite expensive. Staff was nice but at the reception the ladies looked bored (and insisted that we put... More

My mother and I stayed here for 4 nights before heading to Holbox Island. As a Mexico resident I've stayed in Cancun before but didn't like the big American chain hotels which are over priced, brash and can be noisy. Casa Turquesa is smaller and quieter with just 29 rooms, all with full or partial sea view and private balconies.... More

My boyfriend and I were heading to Isla Mujeres in March for a few nites and due to a mix up of dates, we had to stay the first nite in Cancun. I was a bit disappointed to not be staying on Isla the whole time but thought let's just book a reasonable hotel in Cancun, stay the nite and... More

A wonderful surprise. I was not sure what to expect as I had booked online and had never been to Cancun before. The hotel was a delight. Friendly reception, a spacious and very comfortable room in very relaxed and well appointed hotel. Missy, the receptionist was incredibly helpful with directions on what to see and do and she even took... More

If your looking for a low key hotel, this is the place. With small accommodations, there won't be long waits for service or busy breakfast or lunch lines. Food is the best. This place is a gem in the hotel strip in Cancun. It was myself and my wife and children are not recommended. Very romantic. So much artwork to... More

Greeted nicely upon arrival. Ate lunch and brkfst here which was really good. The room was clean and really big with a great view of the ocean. Pool was very relaxing espcially with a pool bar on site. Beach is right down stairs from pool area. Over this hotel is great including all its staff. Will be going back.

Wishing to avoid the ostentatious high-rise mega-hotels, my wife and I chose this elegant and tranquil beachside hotel and were not disappointed. The king-bed junior suite was very spacious, especially in the bathroom and the balcony, and had a great view of the pool and the beach, as well as marble-tile floors which were not only beautiful but also exceptionally...
