Cesar Espinosa and Angel (don't have his last name) are amazingly polite to everyone, makes your vacation fun! They are very good at suggesting a drink if you don't exactly what you want they will make a drink and will always be spot on and you will love it!

All in all, it was a great place to stay even though the lobby and lobby bar was under construction. These were just minor inconveniences and the staff and the food easily make it for it. The staff really goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and also encourages you to do activities without being too pushy....

My boyfriend and I took our vacation at the Cancun Palace and had a great time. The staff was very helpful and always asking if we needed anything. We read prior to going that the hotel is under construction as it is being converted to a Hard Rock resort. You would never know unless you hung out around the lobby....
