This hotel is absolutely beautiful. I've traveled all over the world and I've never seen a more beautiful beach in my life. Rosario and Luz Yanet (I got their cards) were one of the most professional workers there that I've ever seen. The atmosphere is incredible and everyone is genuinely nice. 10/10

Came back at the end of May. We enjoyed it as much if not more than in January. Also went down and checked out Playacar in Playa del Carman. Decided we iked being in the heart of Cancun more. Food and service were outstanding as has always been our experience.

One of the highlights of our stay was having Rafael Espinosa as our waiter. Rafael was fun and made great wine and food suggestions. He remembered our preferences the following evenings. We had great food and service with Rafael on the terrace restaurant.
