For our anniversary, I wanted to surprise my wife with a unique setting and decided to try a private cabana on the beach at Casitas – Ritz Carlton, Cancun. The whole experience was fantastic. When we got there, the setting was perfect, with beautiful weather, a full moon, and a fantastic meal. The service was impeccable, provided by our personal... More

We had stopped for lunch at the outside patio bar which was excellent . The only problem was that after lunch we where allowed to lay by the pool but could not get service because we did not have a room to charge on and they would not accept a credit card alittle strange

My wife and I took a quick getaway vacation to Cancun and stayed at the Ritz Carlton Cancun. It was our first time in Cancun and our expectations were exceeded. The property and amenities were fantastic, and the food and drinks were amazing. But what really sets this hotel apart is the staff. From the moment we walked in, they... More

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful resort for 5 days in March 9th, celebrating our first wedding anniversary. The staff corresponded well via email, asked for my itinerary and when we arrived to the hotel; there was a bottle of champagne and a "congratulations card". Mind us, my husband is a frequent traveller with Marriott international and this... More

Stayed here for 8 nights in February with my husband. The relaxing atmosphere, great food/drinks and most importantly — the incredibly friendly and attentive staff — was world-class. Highly recommend! I can't think of one negative thing to say about this place. We will definitely visit again.

We were at the hotel over a long weekend for a business meeting. The Service was everything you would expect form a Ritz plus everything we have come to anticipate from the superb hospitality of our Mexican friends. Every need is addressed, if not anticipated. The meals at the hotel and at nearby restaurants were pricey compared with what we... More

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at the Ritz in Cancun, and we have no complaints. We booked an ocean front room, and because we booked through american express, we were upgraded to a suite. I asked how much extra it would cost to be moved to the Club Level (we had stayed there before) and it was... More

Beautiful resort. Fantastic amenities but what really stands out here is the desire to serve the guest at all times. It wasn't just one particular employee, it was resort wide.

Stayed four nights over President's weekend. Great service and staff. We stayed on the 7th floor which appeared to have larger balconies than the lower floors. Couple things to note if you plan to stay there. There are limited supplies/option in the gift shop (sun tan lotion toiletries etc.). It's mainly clothing and the supplies they do have are expensive... More
