Bungalow was clean, quite and comfortable.Had some trouble with the air-con and toilet but these issues were resolved quickly! The hotel is in a good location- the bus service runs approx every 5 mins right outside the hotel. The Ferry to the beautiful Isle a Mujeres leaves from the beach, right beside the hotel several times a day. Me and my partner stayed at Dos Playas in June/july 2014 and apart from some problems with the hotel room (blocked toilet a few times) this was the most beautiful holiday with the most genuine people we have ever met. Dos Playas is a small budget hotel situated right on the beach, when we looked out of the window each... More

Lovely staff, lovely food. Every second day there is a theme dinner; could be anything like italian, indian, chinese, mexican, pirate and international dinner. Great location to the ferry to the wonderful island Isla Mujeres and great location to the bus that can take you down town. The hotel area has a beautiful garden with 3 swimming pools and is... More

We value all the comments posted by our guests. Unfortunately, what is left outside the hotel is responsability of local authorities and we are glad that you decided to stay for 2 weeks, even you felt that our reception desk staff was rude. We take your comments seriously and we will investigate these circumstances in order to provide the best... More

June is not high season and the occupation is moderate in most of teh hotels and resorts in Cancun. We´ve had different reviews about quality of food and beverages and we respect all of them and do our best to improve them based in all your comments. Thank you for taking the time to post your review and give us the opportunity to clarify some of your comments to future guests. All inclusive resorts have specific times for the 3 main meals and, eventually, they have a snack station open among those times. We regrest if our staff wer rude to you but we will not consider...
