The entertainment staff Betsa and Elliot made our holiday, I know 100% that without them out holiday wouldn't have been half as good, and we... More

We were not sure what to expect after reading some of the reviews placed here but I have to say there was nothing to worry about, we had a fabulous time. This hotel and it's surroundings are beautiful. We couldn't fault any of the staff, they all treated us exceptionally well, from the reception to housekeeping and from bar tender... More

The hotel is in a good location- the bus service runs approx every 5 mins right outside the hotel. The Ferry to the beautiful Isle a Mujeres leaves from the beach, right beside the hotel several times a day. Or you can... More

Me and my partner stayed at Dos Playas in June/july 2014 and apart from some problems with the hotel room (blocked toilet a few times) this was the most beautiful holiday with the most genuine people we have ever met. Dos Playas is a small budget hotel situated right on the beach, when we looked out of the window each... More

Lovely staff, lovely food. Every second day there is a theme dinner; could be anything like italian, indian, chinese, mexican, pirate and international dinner. Great location to the ferry to the wonderful island Isla Mujeres and great location to the bus that can take you down town. The hotel area has a beautiful garden with 3 swimming pools and is... More

We value all the comments posted by our guests. Unfortunately, what is left outside the hotel is responsability of local authorities and we are glad that you decided to stay for 2 weeks, even you felt that our reception desk staff was rude. We take your comments seriously and we will investigate these circumstances in order to provide the best... More

My husband, and I stayed here for one night, and thank God it was only for one night. I am only going to review the room, and our view of the property we did get to see. I understand that some rooms MAY be better than others according to other reviews, but who knows. Anyway, first of all the guy... More
