I knew that this was a modest hotel and I did not mind that at all as I did not want to be in a big monster of a resort down the Mayan Riviera. It was predominantly booked by Mexicans on vacation and I liked that aspect. I was not impressed by the service at reception. Apart from 2 of... More

I struggle with my review because while I really want to give this hotel more stars, the dated age of this property doesn't allow for it. The important part is that the rooms are clean and free from bugs and the breakfast is decent. Apart from that everything else is just a matter of your need for luxury. POOL/OCEAN Pros:... More

This is a hotel very simple, nice, hotel. And as I read it here, you get what you pay. This is not a luxurious place, this is a hotel just for sleep. I recommend to you, stay here, is cheap and clean, and go to other places to eat and and take a trip to explore cancun. I only saw... More

I travel to Cancun on July 28 and stayed at Imperial Las Perlas for 3 nights with my family along with my sister-in-law and her family too. We arrived very early in the morning and went at the hotel to leave our luggage since we knew checking was until 3pm. Upon arriving the night ship employee checked our reservations but... More

The hotel islocated outside the city and outside the main hotel strip, so we thought it would be a little quieter. That was the only good thing about it. The rooms are small, smell of wilt and fungus, are humid, old and run down. To most of the rooms you have to walk up some flights of very narrow stairs,... More

During our stay at this hotel the workers were nice and treated us well, the pool was great, and the rooms were average but clean. Since ours faced the ocean, we had a beautiful view of the beach from the balcony; each room has a small balcony. Their restaurant was average, but the service was great! Their location is amazing,... More
