The wi-fi is nonexistent anywhere on property, including the room. It took 45 minutes to get the luggage delivered to the room. The room could certainly use a more thorough cleaning. $250 US for a couples' massage sounds pretty steep. Thankfully, the weather is gorgeous and the ocean magnificent. Of course, Westin Lagunamar has nothing to do with that. :)
