We stayed here two nights on our way to Catemaco to bird. We were met at the door by an employee who took our bags and loaded them onto a cart. Check-in was efficient and very cordial. The employee took our bags up to our room and explained how everything worked. We felt very pampered. Our room was on the... More

Stayed here for 1 night on a tour and this hotel is perfectly located. Rooms are standard but perfect for the time spent in them. The hotel is right in the main square and you can easily walk to the waterfront. Nice ambiance with lots of restaurants, bars, boutiques in the square. Breakfast buffet sufficient. Good quality for price.

We booked @ $45 US per night. I was a little concerned what I'd get for that price. But what I got was the best location in centro, a spotless room, plenty of water pressure and hot water (which at that price you don't always get). Comfy beds. Onsite parking. View overlooking the zocalo. But probably the biggest surprise was... More

I loved this hotel. It should be the #1 hotel in Veracurz..... Is historic, well maintained and is located in the middle of all the action. You can walk to the port and enjoy the scenery. The best part of it all was the staff, they were all super nice and customer service was excellent from the valet, to the... More

This Hotel is probably the oldest in the port, and remains being the best! A Historic landmark where rich and famous made this hotel the perfect choice for those who want to explore Veracruz at it's best. Recently renewed. Rooms and amenities are quite good. Magnificent view of the city. Elegance and comfort with a flair of history. Can't miss... More

This hotel represents great value at about USD65. The lobby and the hotel beyond is a refuge in an otherwise unremarkable city. A customer certainly feels blessed to be staying there, and in a fantastic location in the main square close to the finest areas of the city and within easy walking distance of the Malecon, perfect for an evening... The hotel is situated in el zocalo which is the central point of Veracruz which was a must for me plus they offer free parking. The rooms are in need of a remodel, they can be seen as old and musty luckily my stay was only for one night. The room didn't have a fridge but you can find an... More

Apologies if I miss something in the translation but this hotel is hampered by the name I suspect vast majority ps children not named as above because we do not want them to labour under expectation of greatness There is not one aspect of this hotel that is grand.in many respects it disappoints:wooden flooring in bedroom suggests I may have... Situated in front of the town square, where the citizens gather almost every night for cultural activities, to watch the folkloric dances, and traditional music but mostly to dance the DANZON, a dancing style that came across the Caribbean from Cuba. Do not worry if you do not know how to dance it, citizens are all willing to teach you.... More

What a beautiful property. From the lavish lobby directly across the street from the lively zocalo, to the well decorated rooms, to the most incredible room service we have ever enjoyed. This hotel also has a nice pool on the 2nd floor. also a casual outdoor covered bar, like a large front porch where you can watch the hustle and... More
