Hi,

Unafortunately I can say that the Hotel don't have the appropiate comfort and categorie of a five star hotel. TV Cable is very defficient, restroms with water flight, air conditioner very noisy and pool dirty. I was resident in the city 15 years ago and before my impression of this hotel it was the best hotels in the city. Now I'm disappointed because I don't hope to find this type of deficiencies on a hotel of this type.
