We were attending a conference in Veracruz and this hotel is right across the road from the Conference Centre and a huge shopping mall. You're really taking your life in your hands crossing the road as it's really busy but they should now have finished building a walkway connecting the hotels on the Crowne Plaza side to the conference centre... more

I went down to veracruz with my boyfriend who is originally from there, I am from NY. With a low % of customers from outside mx, I had low expectations of what the hotel may offer but I found a great quality hotel. Our rooms were wonderful, clean and nice bedding. Bed slippers and robes are an extra nice touch.... more
