The location is awsome- You can not ask for anything else. You are in the middle of town and across the water. You have excellent seafood across your room and souvenirs galore around the corner. Everything you need is in walking distance from the hotel.

The English speaking staff were very friendly. The hotel is right on the Malecon (waterfront). You're right downtown for excellent accessibility to everything. Lots of taxis. Plenty of free secure parking. Easy access to the historical sites of Veracruz (and there are plenty). Just a nice hotel in a nice city.
