SO Dirty, uncomfortable, NO hot water. Please save your money and look for another hotel. Taxco has so many beautiful hostals and hotels! DO NOT COME CLOSE THIS ONE!!

We used two rooms, with baths. Manager promised hot water in baths beginning at 7::AM. Not so. We took ice-cold showers. Found nobody to advise or correct, No restaurant. Management inattentive and ineffective.. Terrible hotel.
